Good day po need your insights lang po. Kung kayo po ang nasa posisyon namin, alin po ang pipiliin nyo? Canada or Australia? First choice po kasi talaga namin noon pa ang Aus kaso di naiinvite til nainvite naman kami sa Can. We prefer Aus than Can because of the weather and masmalapit sa Pinas. Kaso nainvite po kami ng Aus as 490 unlike sa Can na PR na. Na lodge na po yung sa Can namin and waiting nlng po for grant. Parang sabi ng puso ko sa Aus kami pero sabi ng isip ko Can na kasi po PR na nga don unlike 490 na magintay pa ng 3yrs then apply for PR. #ThankYouLord

If it were me, I would take my chance in Aus. Hehe. Dahil lang preferred ko ang location, culture, and lifestyle doon - wala akong connections in either country so important sakin na malapit-lapit sa Pinas, kaya alam ko mas magiging fulfilled ako sa Aus. Sa Canada feeling ko malulungkot lang ako haha!

And personally as someone na malaki tiwala sa gutfeel, I'd follow my heart

Siguro maganda na i-weigh niyo priorities nyo, and ang short-term vs long-term needs/wants/direction din. And also which of the two opportunities you can let go of nang walang hadlang sa puso. Good luck!

Hello po sa lahat. Nasa process na po ako ng pagfill-up sa immiaccount. Sa "facial image" part nagkakaproblema ako pag ina-upload ko ung back scanned copy na may pangalan at pirma. Eto po ung lumalabas (See below snap). May naka-experience na po ba sa inyo na ganito at pano po ung ginawa ninyo? Salamat po.

Nakapaglodge na ng EOI since Nov. 2020, but still no progress. Haven't received any invite yet. Lately, I'm planning to take masters in AUS and apply for Student Visa. Pwede ba akong mag apply ng Student Visa with my on-going application sa Subclass 491/190(no invite yet). Magkaka-conflict ba incase I apply for Student Visa? Hoping I get clarity on this. Salamat.

If you don’t have an invite yet then it means you’re still on EOI stage, then it means there’s no ongoing application for 190/491 subclass. Lodging in EOI is NOT an application for a visa.

You can apply any visa you’re eligible for and won’t affect your EOI status. Just make sure you update it once you’re in Australia. Good luck…there’s also a huge back log of student visa.

Valid po ba ito gamitin sa PTE exam or immigration purposes? Thanks sa makaka tulong

That should be fine. You’ll be asked to provide evidence of change of name anyway later in your application anyway.

Then ung 2011onwards, ilagay mo as relevant na.

Immigration only asks for the last 10 years of employment so technically oh can just enter from the date 10 years ago

Skill assessment is a requirement po.. pwede naman gumawa ng eoi kahit kulang requirements pero no chance to get invited.

Yes, requirement ang skills assessment. That's how you'll know na suitable ka for skilled migration.

Makakatulong yung assessment sa points in the sense na makakaclaim ka ng points sa work experience na approved ni VETASSESS/assessing body. Kunwari if may 8 yrs of expi ka, and positive assessment mo for only 4 years of that (example lang), 5 points ang maki-claim mo for overseas experience.

Opo. If negative outcome ng VETASSESS, 'di ka makakausad.

Ang invitation ay not work. Para lang yun sa visa. Ang visa ang magddetermine ng rights mo, including pagdating sa work pagdating sa Australia. Make sure to check anong visa subclass ka eligible for your occupation. Iba-iba kasi yun. Makikita mo naman sa occupation list ng immigration.

Since DIY po ako ang pinakauna ko pong ginawa talaga ay aralin ang GMP ng Australia para maintindihan ko then nagpa assess aq sa vetassess then english then EOI po. Kung under agency ka sila na magdidikta kung ano gagawin mo ano ipapasa mo na docs sa kanila.

if I recall correctly hindi parents mo tinutukoy dyan. Pag family unit sa visa ang tinutukoy dun is anak and partner mo. Let's wait for others to give their insights

Good Morning. Sino po ung mga OFW dito na nag apply ng visa using migration agent sa pinas? Anyway, nag sign up ako na ako sa Respall, sa ngaun nag start n ko magcollect ng data ko. unfortunately medyo nahirapan ako kumuha ng form 2316 sa previous employer ko ksi higit 6yrs na ung lumipas nung nagresign ako sa knila. Ngmessage ako sa kanila ang sabi nila sakin 3yrs lang daw ang retention period ng mga ganun documents nila. Any advice po? Thank you

@cvlantonov You may try to request from FOI https://www.foi.gov.ph/
Be ready with the following info: employer’s TIN, RDO no., business name & address
The request will be forwarded to the BIR RDO. Hopefully they still have your records.

Maybe you can use SSS, PAGIBIG contributions as evidence of paid employment as it shows your company name too; though it works as supplementary evidence I think.
