hello. when lodging visa, kailangan bang same yung employment reference dun sa pinasa mo sa assessment and yung ipapasa mo sa visa application? bale yung assessment result ko kasi is dated October 2022, pero nakakuha ako ng updated letter from HR na November 2022 ang date. gusto ko sana i-submit yung most recent. nag ma-matter kaya yun?

Ang alam ko ung 60 day is for visa lodging only, up to the payment. They know medicals can take some time kung may issue. I'm currently on this stage too so baka mali rin intindi ko. haha

That is correct. Applicable lang yung 60-day expiry sa visa application, meaning you have to lodge the visa within 60 days, or else you lose that invitation to apply.

Medicals and the police clearances are not even required right away, kaya merong iba na naghihintay ng contact from a Case Officer na lang, due to those documents also have expiry.

You've mentioned po na may expiry ang NBI Clearance and medicals. Does that mean na dapat valid po yung dalawa at the time of visa grant? ganun po ba?

Hi po sa lahat.

Meron po ba dito na naglodge ng Visa 189/190 and hindi muna sinama yung anak sa application pero pinagmedical pa din?
I'm asking kasi po yung baby ko is may congenital disease and will still undergo operation and plan namin is after operation pa sila gawing subsequent entry. As per research po kasi sa medical 1 fail all fails and madedeny yung application.

tanong ko lang po regarding the EOIs. Kasi meron na akong draft ginanwa nung 2021, pero naka save lang sya. I was wondering if I can use that EOI ID to submit my credentials, or do I need to create another ID to launch a new EOI? Also, is it true that you can launch multiple EOIs? Salamat po sa tulong!

Yes, kung naka-save lang, pwede mo ituloy and submit with updated information.

Question po, ok lang po ba na yung sa Work Experience - Overseas, Evidence of attachment ko po is nakamerge na to 1 file yung mga COE, Payslips, BIR 2316 etc per employment(ganito din po kasi ginawa ko before sa ACS assessment) ? I'm thinking na yun na din po yung mga docs na isusubmit ko.

Nasa sayo yan haha. Name mo na lang yung files appropriately.

Kung hindi naman lalagpas sa 60 files in total, mas ok yung hiwa-hiwalay, para ma-upload mo sya according to the document type i.e Payslip, Tax Files, Employment Reference, etc. Para sakin, mas malinaw yung ganyan sa view ng CO kasi categorised na sila.

I think kapag may kulang na documents like NBI clearance etc. In my case I lodged withoout the Form 80 and 1221 attached yet. Kaya lumabas sya for us to upload additional docs.

i think pag 491. Kasi nung nag 491 ako may lumabas na ganyan pero nung nag 189 ako wala eh hindi ko mahanap pero naka proceed naman ako at received parin ung status sa 189 ko haha..

Possible po ba na relative/representative ang pumunta sa NBI branch sa pinas? If so, anong documents po yung need para po ma-release sa representative yung NBI clearance?

I just did last month, if you still have a copy of your old NBI clearance will be much easier. They'll use that to process your renewal.

An option to deliver to your address is also be available for P350. Else you need to get someone to their main office in UN Ave. with your authorisation letter. Better call their hotline to confirm.
