    @lock_code2004 thanks sa sagot sir. mukhang magpapasa pa ako ng notice of wrong answer. naipasa ko na kasi. akala ko given na yung pinas, kasi yun ang passport ko. eh sa sg lang naman ako nagstay as usual country of residence. nyek.

    follow up lang po.. namali ako ng document type sa pagpili, for my diploma and diploma translation sa Letter/Statement - Education Institution when it should be at Educational Certificate - Diploma, Degree, etc.

    may nakapagsabi sa aus forum na ok lang naman daw. sa kanya nga yung diploma ng misis na upload niya as his.. wala naman syang naging problema.. antayin ko na lang daw yung CO.

    any thoughts on this? thanks in advance.

    From the official 189 guidelines, yes. To get the 5 points for your partner's skills, he/she needs:
    1. At least 6.0 on each of the 4 ielts components
    2. A suitable skills assessment from the relevant assessing body
    3. To be between 18-44 years of age at time of application

    if you can satisfy the minimum requirement of EOI 60pts, then pwede mo na isama ang wife mo.. she just need to satisfy the english requirements.. either by taking the ielts exam, or providing english certificate for atleast 2 years in college..

    are talking about "authentication" (red ribbon) of your documents?
    if that is what you mean, then it is not required to have it authenticated..
    what you need is just certified true copy of documents from any notary/public lawyer...

    ngayon eto po yung question ko

    architectural drafts person po ang ilalagay ko sa skills assessment
    ielts >> Presuming nakatsamba ako

    alin po ba ang mas mauuna

    EOI or STATE NOMINATION from CANBERRA?...

    kasi nacoconfuse ako mga sir regarding sa SOL at STATE Nominated skill occupation

    sa canberra may arch draftsperson

    sa SOL wala...

    sa EOI papaano to?....idedeclare ko parin po ba na arch drafts person kahit wala sa SOI

    or may option sa EOI na sakaling nominated ako nang STATE ehhh ibig sabihin kahit wala sa SOL may chance na mapprove ako?...

    maraming salamat at pasensya na po sa kakulitan ko...panahon nalang po kasi kalaban ko may ipon po ako talaga...gusto ko lang maclarify please...:(

    Hello everyone.I would like to ask for ideas. If you're studying in Australia and the degree is on the SOL, can you directly apply for Independent Skilled Visa and bypassed the Graduate Skilled Visa?Thank you very much.

    SOL- is for visa 189 (independent)
    CSOL - is for visa 190 (state sponsorship), but also, dapat tingnan mo din nasa list ng state para mag bigyan ka nila ng state sponsorship

    yes it's possible, as long as you can satisfy the requirement of the skills assessment..
    and will pass the EOI minimum 60pts..

    also, skills assessment may require work experience and ielts score..

    I would like to ask if yung sa overseas work experience section kailangan talaga na naka 3 yrs before mag apply? Or baka pwede lng na e forfeit ung 5 points if below 3 yrs exp basta maka apply lng?

    Kung makukumpleto mo yung pass mark (60pts) from other sources of points (age, qualification, english language proficiency, etc.), pwede ka mag-apply kahit hindi mo masatisfy yung overseas employment criterion, since di mo naman 'kailangan' yung 5 points from that.

    Hi magang araw po. tanong lang po. marami ako nababasa na naiinvite agad after a few days from skillselect. I submitted my EOI on jan 4 and didnt get one on jan 13 as I understand this is the time na nag invite sila. I have 60 points. anyone had the same experience or anyone know why I didnt get an invitation. Mejo kinakabahan lang po kasi ako what if ayaw talaga nila ko iinvite.

    another concern po. I worked as an assistant nurse in australia for 2 years. pwede po ba yun i count as experience if my skill is "registered nurse"?
