@aolsystems Final stage na ang medical and police check. Yung chance kung positive or negative yung result ng application mo would solely depend on the result of your medical and police checks at this stage. Usually emedical takes only about 3 days to 1 week para maiupload. Kung online ka nagsubmit ng application, pwede mo macheck from your IMMI Account kung uploaded na yung results. Kung may clickable link pa, that means indi pa uploaded yung medical mo, pero pag nakalagay na “No health examinations are required for this person”, ibig sabihin uploaded na then you just have to wait for the case officer’s decision.

computer professional 2231-79 since 2009 pa ako nag lodge.ngayon lang kami pinag medical at pinag police clearance. ok na po yun police clearance namin nakita na nila pero yun medical hindi pa nila nakita kahit nasabi na ng st.lukes extension clinic kung saan kami nagpamedical na napasa na daw nila sa embassy pero di na daw nila alam kung kailan iupload ng embassy. kasi sabi sa akin ng case officer nung April 4,dipa daw nila nakikita or naupload yun medical namin family. wala na daw ako ipapapasa iba sa ngayon yun nalang daw ang wait nila yun medical clearance.bakit po siya nadelay kahit nasa embassy na since siguro march 26 pa?may way po ba maaccess kahit hindi naman online ang application ko?saka iposible ba na maging positive na yun once na makita na yun medicalclearance namin?
ive been waiting for almost 5 1/2 years na po. bakit po karamihan dito sa pinoyau mga 1-2 years lang na-grant na sila ng visa at karmaihan starting 2012 lang sila. bakit ako po early 2009 pa nag lodge ngayon palang po naasssign sa case officer tapos lahat kaialngan ko masubmit with 28 days.pero lahat nasubmit kona on time kaya sabi case officer waiting nalang sa medical.I hope and pray na sana ito na na nga po.ano po ba next move ko para matapos na ito sleepless night kopo kahihintay.pls pray for me also...godbless!ilan days/months or years pa po ba ako magwait para sa final decision? thanks!

@aolsystems unfortunately as of the moment, ang tanging magagawa mo lang ay magdasal at umasa. Pede ka rin mag follow up pero mahirap na baka mainis case officer mo. walang way kasi para matrack ang paper based application. Matagal kasi po talaga ang processing ng application during those times na nag apply ka, kasi depende sa grouping. Ang pagkakaalam ko, 80-90% checked na ung papers/documents mo pg nagrequest na sila ng police and medical. So police and medical na lang ung final factor para iapprove ung visa mo unless may issue ka sa police or sa medical dun ka marefuse yung visa nio.

@Xiaomau82 thanks! correct di na ako mag followup kasi madali nga mainis ang case officer.yun police clearance ko ok na daw yun nalang medical ang wait nila.naisip kolang ba kasi nakalimutan na ng embassy iupload yun akin.Yun iba dito sa pinoyau nakit ako after medical at police clearance 3 days lang naaprovve na sila.pero no prob. willing to wait nalang nagwait narin ako ng 5 1/2 years siguro kaya pa magwait ng kunti.pero positive naman ang outlook ko kasi ok naman na police clerance ko at na clear na narin kami ng st.lukes. kasi nandun ang panel of doctors nila. pls include nalang din ako sa mga prayers niyo. I hope this is it.ganun pala nung 2009 inabot ako sa grouping at processing na matagal. pero ang advantage kolang siguro mas mura pa nung time na yun yun visa processing kasi ngayon nakita ko yun fees sobrnag mahal na tapos pag may kasama ka pang family mas malaki pa babayaran almost 4-5 times ang laki ng fee ngayon... thanks! godbless!

thanks XIAOMAU82! bali paper base po ako nagsubmit ng application ko po. yun police clearance ko po ok na nakita na nila. pero yun medical kopo dipa daw nila makita.nung tumawag ako sa st.lukes extension clinic napasa nadaw nila sa embassy yun result March 25. so dapat marecived na nila yun diba boss? kasi last fri. April 4 sabi nung case officer dipa daw nila nakikita yun clearance ng medical ko po. papano ba magkaron ng IMMI accout?kasi nung nagpamedical kami sa HAP ID lang binigay po sa akin... sa ngayon sabi ng case officer yun nalang daw ang wait nila.at wala na ako further na kaialngan ipadala sa kanya at wala daw sila kaialngan na kahit anong documents na sa ngayon. papano koba maacess yun yun IMMI kopo. di kasi alam ng st.lukes kailan papasa ng embassy yun pero dito nakikita ko sa pinoyau na site karamihan after 1-3 days granted na visa nila after maupload yun medical nila?sino po ba nagupload para sa kanila?bakit po mabilis nila na upload?pinagdadasal kopo talaga maigi ito kasi i've been waiting since 2009 pa.kasi yun lodgement ko po 2009 pa po ngayon pala siya kasi na assign sa case officer more than 5/12 years na po.karamihan po nakikita ko dito 1-2 years lang ang bibilis sa akin po umabot pa 5 1/2 years normal po ba ito para sa isang MODL computer professional 2231-79? thanks again. ano po ba netxmove ko?kasi sleepless night na po ako talaga...

@aolsystems Cge sama ko kayo sa mga prayers ko. Yung IMMI Account kasi pag online ka nagsubmit. I don’t think the system will allow you to create kasi paper based ka saka 2009 pa. tama ka na ang positive side ng pag submit mo back in 2009 e ung fees. Kundi ako nagkakamali e less than 2k AUD pa fees nuon. Ngayn e 3520aud na plus additional fees ng bawat dependent, mahigit siguro doble ung increase sa fees. Relax ka lang at antay pa ng onti, eventually matatapos din at maapprove din kayo ng family. Iba na kasi ngyn pag electronic kaya mas mabalis. Pag paper based assume mo pa ung delays sa pagsend ng files and results kaya mas matagal talaga.

also, during your application, nagbago ang mga priority ng mga occupations,
and i guess, naabutan ka nun kaya tumagal ng ganun.. naging lower priority ang occupation at visa type ng application mo..

so there is nothing you can do at this point..
just double check with medical center if they have submitted the results of your medical exam..

@lock_code2004 Thanks sa info! napasa na daw ni st.lukes extension clinic yun sa medical namin family. nung march 25 pa. sabi ng case officer nung april 4 dipadaw pa daw nila nakikita yun medical.pero si st.lukes wala na daw magagawa kasi sa kanila napasa na nilasa embassy yun lang ang work nila after medical ipasa.ang question konalang talaga ilan days bago nakikita nung case officer sa australia yun medical kunga ang application ko is paper base?saka bakit si embassy dipa napapadala?samantala sa online na application pag si st.lukes nagpapasa sa embassy nakikita agad? bakit dipa kaya send ni embassy yun sa akin by dhl or fedex yun para mabilis din.hehehe! excited! hehehe! joke! Hi po.. sa mga taga sg na nakapagmedical na. Tanong lang po. Nagpabook ako ng medical sa SATA Ang Mo Kio. Tinatanong po ako kung ung medical is 501 or 502. Pero sa referral letter wala naman pong nakalagay. Itanong ko daw sa Au embassy..May nakaexperience na po ba nito?

501 Medical Examination
502 Chest X-ray Examination
707 HIV test
check mo yun letter.

Hi po! Maglalodge na po kami ng bf ko (as defacto application) s april11.. Kaso yung extension ng passport nya maeexpire on jan2015. Magrerenew n p lang sya ng passport kaso ang schedule for renewal n nakuha nga is august. Should i wait for his passport bago maglodge ng visa? Or maglodge n kami while waiting for his passport? Thanks

@jenipet20 para sa akin personal na advice mag lodge kana.ngayon kung makuha niyo yun bagong passport pwede kanaman magsend ng form 929 Change of address and/or
passport details.kasi pag naglodge ka medyo matagal din waiting para ma-assign sa case officer at baka may mga changes sa mga visa at requirements sila maabutan kapa at mahirapan ka.kaya kung ano tatanungin mo mag lodge kana para ummandar na oras then later on padala pag may passport mo na padala ka agad ng 929 form. ganun kasi ang ginawa ko dati.kasi ako nagexpire din passport ko,asawa at dependent ko habang nagwait. pero pwede karin mahingi ng advise sa iba para sure ka. thanks!

Your bf's passport still has 6 months left so it is still technically valid... Lodge now and I would assume that by August meron na kayo visa niyan; just file for a change in details with your case officer.

The invitation rounds are on the second and fourth Monday of each month. Once invited, you will receive po a standard email stating na invited ka and the expiry date of your ITA.

COE with JD is usually referred to as reference letter. Iba pa po sia sa COE or contract of employment. Kung statutory declaration po ang ginamait in replacement sa reference letter, pwede din po sia gamitin sa actual lodgement ng visa.

Is there a specific time (eg. 9AM to 6PM South Australia time) lang na pwede mag-lodge & pay for visa 190 online? I keep on submitting kasi sa ImmiAccount ko po but mag-error with message "500 SAP internet server error". Or is it just because of my browser?

yes sir iba ang immiaccount at kailangan mo nga gumawa ng account.
bale dito ka na kasi pwede gumawa ng e-visa tapos saka ka mag-aattach ng documents.
ang purpose nya talaga ay parang central hub kung saan pwede ka magmanage ng multiple e-visa applications.

If not yet invited, can we create an immi accnt & attach documents then save first?

pwede kang gumawa ng immiacct pero di ka pa pwede mag-attach ng documents since kailangan mo muna mag-lodge ng visa application para magkaroon ng access dito.

tama po. just wait for the request for police and medical. as for NBI clearance, depende, all countries you have lived 12 months in the past 10 years lang ang required for police clearance. so kung over 10 years ka na sa SG, no need na for NBI clearance.
