Sorry for the down-time kanina, I've sorted it out, everything should be back to normal.
Hi All, I hope everyone is well and also your family. As a way to extend help during this time of crisis, Visa Consort in partnership with Pinoy AU, would like to offer further reduced rate (for a limited period) to anyone who would wish to engage a migration agent service. If you have conducted your research, you know that their rate is one of the most affordable in the market. Please click here for more details about the offering.
Welcome to the New and Upgraded Pinoy AU Forum! We have only updated a couple of times since 2010. Apology it took some time. Some of the features are still being migrated. Please feel free to report here or email me at pinoyau[email protected] if you will encounter any issues. Thank you.

@sal19515 The company may exist but some unscrupulous person could be taking advantage of that. 99.9% people will tell you that you shouldn't pay anything. I asked if you have ANZSCO and you didn't answer. That is a key thing. It will validate whether they are actually nominating you. Read the link as @LovellaEllen suggests.

@sal19515 pwede mo din po icheck yung immigration agent/lawyer if registered sya.

    https://www.mara.gov.au

alamin mo lang yung MARN (Migration Agent Registration Number) nya.

I just wait and hopefully grant my TSS 482 visa in the next few weeks. Ask ko lang po if ok po bang mag-DIY ako sa pagkuha sa POEA ng OEC certificate or kumuha pa ako Agency na magpaprocess ng OEC ko? Balita ko kasi hassle kapag maglalakad ka ng OEC mo in your own? Salamat

@Von_Vasquez galing ka ng pinas? If yes, you can go to different country as tourist lang tapos from there, book a flight going to AU. That way you dont need to secure OEC.

My case, I went to SG since my husband is based there tpos SG-AU. You just need to book a return ticket to pinas (PH-SG-PH) para mukhang tourist talaga :)

But you can still get OEC if you wish, this is just an option for you hehe

@LovellaEllen I confirmed i that the immigration lawyer is registered in MARA. How can I check if the employer already applied for sponsorship and nomination? Did you only apply online for your visa?

@sal19515 You should have received an employer nomination form signed by the company representative, indicating the job title, job description, expected remuneration and other terms and conditions. You will need to sign that form and attach a copy of your passport and those of your dependent(s), if any, as well as other documents that may be required.

After signing and attaching required documents, you will send this back to your employer or his/her representative, which could be the migration agent, who will submit/lodge the nomination for the Department of Home Affairs. You can either wait for the approval of the nomination or if advised to do so, lodge your visa application online using the immi system. In some instances, the migration agent can also do this for you depending on what has been agreed between him/her and your prospective employer.

If you will be lodging the visa application yourself, you will be given a Transaction Reference Number or Application Number which you need to input in the system to be able to proceed with your visa application.

@sal19515 Employer or Migration agent will tell you po because depending on who will lodge your actual TSS VISA, they will need the Transaction Reference Number (TRN) as stated above. In my case, employer lodged the nomination 1st, they then forward me the TRN. I then applied myself online.

@sal19515 I'm a Nurse po. If they sent you Form 80 then I would assume tapos na nomination part mo, iba kasi yung nomination, tpos for employer lang yun.

Or need ng bagong LOD for medical?

@n3n_3pqln I'm not sure kasi taga home affairs lang cguro maka bigay ng definite na sagot dyan.. ngayon lang kasi ako naka encounter na iba yung nomination ng employer compared sa ANMAC LOD.. I assume na pareho dapat yan kasi dba yan yung assessment ng accreditation council for immigration or work VISAs eh.. tanong ko lang, are you employed as CCU/ICU nurse? if yes, approach your employer bakit medical yung nomination nila.. mas ok na yung sigurista tayo compared may rejection record tayo sa home affairs in case they will reject your TSS..
