Hello po, Sa mga nag aapply po ng carer here. pwede po ba humingi ng tulong kung paano po mag apply. and kung gaano po kaya katagal yung processing? Totoo po bang 4 years? Kasi 96 years old na po lola ko hehe. So sa mga nakakaalam message niyo lang po ako salamat po.
