Hi guys anyone na may knowledge kung paano malalaman kung pwede mag sponsor ung relative or not?
Ok naman ung mga criteria ang hindi lang po ako sure is if pwede mag sponsor kahit wala siyang trabaho.

Kung walang trabaho ang SPONSOR. Pwede pa rin syang mag-sponsor so long he lives in regional area. But you may consider the ff scenario:

Relative sponsorship (visa 489) is a least priority even though the applicant's occupation is highly employable. Statistics shows those with 80 pts are ONLY selected. So why choose 489 when there seem to have more places on State Sponsorship 190.

SkillSelect first allocates available places to Skilled – Independent visas (subclass 189) and then the remaining to Skilled – Regional (Provisional) visas (subclass 489). If all places are taken up by subclass 189 visas, then there will be no invitations issued for subclass 489 visas in these occupations. - homeaffairs.gov.au
