How to Generate the HAP ID

Alam ko napag-usapan na ito sa isa sa mga threads dahil nakita ko na dati. Kaso hindi pa ako na-invite noon kaya hindi ko binasa. Tapos ngayon, hindi ko na mahanap. Baka may pwede magshare ng steps kasi hindi ko talaga mahanap kung saan at paano magggenerate ng HAP ID. TIA!

@patotoy Nakita ko rin yan kaso sa Immiaccount ko wala naman tab na Health. Ang meron Health Details kaso parang info page lang ang walang link to My Health Declarations. Saan ba banda yung tamang tab?

@maguero 2 ways to generate the HAPiD. Either you lodge your visa application and wait for the CO's response with the HAPiD or You do it prior to your visa application through my health declaration. From your immiaccount, click on new application and click on health. It should be there. Please see screenshot. Follow the prompts.

Oh and here is the step by step process.

@dy3p Thanks sa response. Ang ginawa ko kasi from the EOI I clicked yung Apply Visa button. Tapos nung lumabas yung Immiaccount page nagcreate ako ng new account. Yung ibang fields pre-filled out na nung EOI details ko and tama ang visa subclass na nakalagay, 489 state & territory nominated. Pero wala akong makitang way para maggenerate ng HAP ID.

Sinubukan ko mag-Immiaccount derecho tapos create a new account. Pag ganito may way para maggenerate ng HAP ID pero wala naman sa drop down list yung visa type ko. Ang pinakamalapit na visa type sa list is 189.

So tama ba ang intindi ko na dapat ituloy ko pa rin yung pagcreate ng new account derecho sa Immiaccount na hindi via yung Apply Now button para maka-generate ng HAP ID. Pipiliin ko na lang visa 189 sa drop down. Tapos babalik ako sa EOI ko, click ko yung Apply Now button and then maglog-in ako with the account I created. Tapos macocorrect na lang visa type ko.

Sorry ang haba. Gusto ko na kasi sana magpamedical bukas kung hindi masama ang panahon.

hintay or ask ka sa applicants under 489. may nabasa din ako na yung 189 gamit nila sa my health dec pero tanong nalang directly sakanila para makasigurado.

@maguero I am not sure din kung pano nangyari yun. Tama better ask yung mga iba na 489 ang inapply sir.

hi, just in case makatulong though 189 ako... kahit may immiaccount na ko nun kelangan mo pa rin ata dumaan dun sa EOI apply now para tumama yung details at least before ako mag submit talaga. then after ko mag lodge, i checked back immiaccount after mga 5 weeks, sa health assessment part sabi required to do medicals tapos from there na print ko na hap ids namin.

@maguero Hi! Meron doon sa immiaccount gagawa ka ng "new application" for the health declaration-- iba yun sa application for the 189 visa.

PERO PARA TO SA HINDI PA NAGLOLODGE. Sa pagkaintindi ko, after mo maglodge, di ka na pwede mag generate ng HAP ID through this, aantayin mo na lang sa CO. Ito yung nakalagay sa guidance sa website na "Step 5 organize health checks" tapos yung step 6 yung lodge visa.

@masterjonnm From my EOI I clicked on Apply Visa and created an Immiaccount. Tapos I exited and then logged-in to Immiaccount directly (not via EOI). Punta ka sa My Health Declaration and choose visa 189. Pare-pareho lang naman tests for 189, 190 and 489. Makakagenerate ka na ng HAP ID.

Hello @maguero will there be any issues kapag 189 ang gnamit mo for your health declarations though same test lng din nman?

@Hendro Nakapaglodge na ako and when I checked, na-link naman yung HAP ID sa application ko and tama naman yung visa type ko.

@Hendro Kakacheck ko lang sa Immiaccount and cleared na yung medical ko. So mukhang tama naman yung naging process ko.

May nakaexperience nrn po b nun? Pero nkpggenerate at nkpgpamedicsl bgo po mglodge ng visa?

@imau Oo pwede mong piliin yung visa 189. Pare-pareho lang yung medical exam for visa 189, 190 and 489.

@imau Once you fill-out your visa application may question kung nagpa-medical ka na. Input mo yung HAP ID mo to link your medical results to your visa application. After lodging, yung visa type mo sa application na ang masusunod. Yung unang application na na-create mo para maka-generate ng HAP ID nandyan pa rin. So magiging 2 yung application mo sa Immi pero yung bayad lang na application ang irereview ng CO for your visa.

hello.Yung HAP ID po ba is yung transaction reference number na nagenerate after mo na fill up yung application form at may decalarations? yung 5 pages PDF file po na yung iprint ko at dadalhin sa clinic for medical? thank you.

@lecia Hindi sya transaction reference number. Dun sa e-Medical referral letter may barcode sa upper portion. Sa ilalim ng barcode may nakasulat HAP + 8 digits. Yung 8 digits yung HAP ID.

Ako yung primary applicant tapos dependent ko si misis. Sa HAP ID generation ba, kasama na si misis sa magiging HAP ID at referral letter? TIA

@donyx @Devi@nt19 nasagot ko na ito sa kabilang thread pero sagutin ko nalang ulit for your reference . Each applicant will have their own HAP ID. For example ako ang primary applicant, + 2 dependents (husband and son), we were assigned 3 HAP IDs (listed in each eMedical referral letters). makikita nyo iyan kapag na submit na ang My Health Declaration application. You need to mention all HAP ID’s upon scheduling medical exam appointment and bring a print out of all.

**1 eMedical referral letter will show the applicants assigned HAP ID. Nasa upper right ang HAP ID (barcode ang itsura) - see attached example na nakuha ko sa internet for a different visa pero ganyan din itsura ng lahat I guess.
