    @tmasuncion masyadong unpredictable ang mga state kung kelan mag iinivite para sa 190 visa. Ano ba nominated occupation mo? Para malaman kung pro rata or non pro rata yung occupation mo.     @sweetaneng I think reference letters, contracts and payslips are sufficient evidence of employment na, as I know needed lang ang BIR records/bank statements / SSS contributions if wala ng payslips ma provide. Yung first 3 lang ang hiningi ng agency ko.

    @tmasuncion It seems like nagEOI ka lang for the sake na may EOI ka and clearly wala ka masyado knowledge about the process. That's risky :)
    And your agency should explain everything to you as clearly as possible before ka sana nagengage sa kanila:)

    I don't think so po, and I know the general process. May mga terms lang and other stuff na gusto kung ma intindihan dito sa forum. I have gone through proper skill assessment with ACS and took english assessments via PTE. prior to that I have gathered all the required documents such as reference letters, Pay slips, and resumes. These documents were being certified as true copies too.

    however, may mga terms at bagay pa rin na di ko ma intindihan or ngayon ko lang nalaman. like Iscah at mo pro-rata. cguro na miss out lang din ng agency ko pag explain.

    so far, yun lang naman ang na kita ko na mejo alanganin, yung EOI for 189 kasi 70 points lang ako. So are you saying na di na dapat nila ni lodge kasi 70 points lang yung na kuha ko?

    Hi @tmasuncion , if you have 70pts then you are eligible for 189 and 190. Your agency should have asked you if you wanted to be nominated in a certain state like VIC or NSW. I think most of us here lodged our EOI for both 189 and 190. Otherwise if you just applied for 189 then your chances of getting invited is low specially if you fall under pro-rata occupations. Btw what is your ANZSCO code?

    @tmasuncion I think iupdate lang yung 190 na nailodge. Sorry not so sure how but my MA applied for NSW and VIC. or ask your agency for other options like 489. Kelan pala nalodge yung EOI mo? wait atleast 2-4 rounds.
