Visa 190 for cook

Hi bago lng po me s group na ito. Just like to seek assitance ano ang better n step gawin sa application ko po. I planned to apply for 190 as a cook.

25 pts -Age - 33 yrs old
10 pts -English- proficient
15 pts -Skilled employment for the last 10 yrs Outside AU ( who will access the pts TRA or Victoria Univesity or Vetasses)
Qualification
15 pts -Graduated as BSBA Management who is the accessor will confirm if my education is under BS.

OR

10 pts-A trade qualification completed in AU applying for cert IV commecial cookery thru RPL

5 pts -nominated by state pede po ba s VIC kahit nsa NSW ako currently?

Total of 70 pts (if BSBA Management is acceptable)

Sorry s madami question just seeking for advise kung ano better step by step na gawin ko po.
