Im looking for single lady or couple who wanna live in the private room with own bathroom.

It's a  fully furnished modern 2BR -2Bathroom  unit.All you need are your bags to move in.Its a  secure  building.

-Only 1 Filipina currently staying in the unit.You will be sharing the apartment with me ONLY so you will have own bedroom and bathroom with  bathtub.

-10mins walk to Homebush station and 10mins walk Flemington station.Its
-3mins by train to Strathfield from Homebush Station. ( 1 station away from Strathfield for express train)

-21 mins by train from Homebush Station to
Central Station.
-18mins by train to Parramatta Station

Its walking distance to DFO,OLYMPIC PARK FLEMINGTON MARKET Asian stores ,Groceries stores and Restaurants (pancakes on the rocks,outback,korean barbeque and etc ).
Less than 10mins drive to Rhodes (Ikea) and Costco.

-Underground secured parking available on re quest.
- Street parking available also.
