For short term visit lang po ba or stay with you during the duration of your studies? Kung short term visit lang, visitor visa would suffice pero if you intended for them to stay with you during your studies, then you can make them dependents of your student visa.
Visa application can be DIY since you've done the first steps, unless may mga circumstance that would complicate the application. Normally the partner is computed 1/2 of the fees of the principal visa holder and dependents below 16 are computed at 1/4 each.
I am presuming in these matters that during your visa application, you have declared them as dependents and that you intended for them to join you during your stay in Australia.

Since you're on 500 visa, the same should be for your spouse and dependents. As to the GTE, I think the original GTE you submitted would suffice... as to the funds, while it may be possible to reuse the original submission, I am of the opinion that the funds shown must be able to sustain you and your dependents... more or less... so if the submitted funds was enough for tuition and to sustain you initially, additional proof of funds may be needed for the additional persons.
