Hi All, I hope everyone is well and also your family. As a way to extend help during this time of crisis, Visa Consort in partnership with Pinoy AU, would like to offer further reduced rate (for a limited period) to anyone who would wish to engage a migration agent service. If you have conducted your research, you know that their rate is one of the most affordable in the market. Please click here for more details about the offering.
Welcome to the New and Upgraded Pinoy AU Forum! We have only updated a couple of times since 2010. Apology it took some time. Some of the features are still being migrated. Please feel free to report here or email me at [email protected] if you will encounter any issues. Thank you.

Interview Tips

Hello po. Hingi lang po ako ng interview tips.

I have an upcoming interview via skype/telephone po with our Sydney branch (internal transfer).

1) Ano po ang typical asking salary pag Mechanical Engr?
2) Ano po ang acceptable answer pag tinanong why did you choose to live/work in AU?
Like insurance, hidden charges, conditions, etc.
6) Okay lang po ba ipasama ko sa apolication ng visa yung husband ko? O iapply ko separately? Ano pong adv/disadvantage?

Salamat po in advance. 😊

    1) Check seek.com.au you will have an idea kung ano range. but don't expect you will get the high end. usually you will start lower from the average but no idea how it is with internal transfer.
    2) Wala ka naman siguro masamang intention sa paglipat mo dito sa au =P so any answer will do. usually it is about better life and family
    3) Not to discriminate pero minsan depende sa lahi ng magiging boss mo. just be humble and show eagerness to work and learn.
    4) no idea =D
    5) never heard of such thing. worse case scenario pwede ka naman magreklamo
    6) hindi ba may sponsorship kapag internal transfer? if wala and you will apply yourself and you have enough money, yes of course.

I'm assuming when you said 'iapply separately' is to apply his visa at another time. the pros & cons of the options you mentioned will really depend significantly on your financial capacity i guess. gusto ko iexplain pero hahaba lang to =D =D =D

Be honest sa CV at interview.
