Hello, anyone na bumili ng property sa Pilipinas? Mag tatanong sana ko about Unilateral Deed of Absolute Sale vs. yung normal na Deed of Absolute Sale?

wala ba magiging problema sa future ang Unilateral Deed of Absolute Sale kung ibebenta ko din ang property?
