i think being dual citizen is a safe move, unless willing ka i-let go ang property

Philippine real estate law does not allow outright ownership of real property by foreign nationals. Filipinos and former Filipino citizens and Philippine majority owned corporations are permitted to own land, buildings, condominiums and townhouses.

Mag aaply pa lang ako pag ibig housing loan. Kaka citizen ko this year. Papagawan ko ng rental apartment. It is wise to do it at home? At kelangan ko ba mag dual o hindi na para maka apply ng loan? Salamat sa reply
