Definitely mahihirpan ka sa Skilled migration since kakagraduate mo palang. you can try student visa. Research ka lang to know how it works.

Architecture grad here.
like ga2au said, mahirap ang skilled migration path kung fresh grad ka pa lang.
But I want to discuss more about architecture grads from PH planning to migrate in AU.
For architects from PH, generally they have two qualifications assessment pathways:
1. Have your Architecture degree assessed as recognized equivalent bachelor degree in AU by AACA and nominate "Architect" as your occupation, or
2. Have your experience assessed and nominate a closely related occupation (which are usually under unit group 3121 architectural, building and surveying technicians) through Vetassess.
For path 1, you have to know, hirap ang PH grad architects to have their bachelor degree recognized, kahit PH top school pa ung degree. AACA will only assess your degree and not your experience. Your chances of favorable outcome go up if you have a Master's degree in Architecture (not other masters). In short, it seems that PH BS/B Arch curriculum is not at the same standard of AU's Bachelors in Arch. Although, AACA insists that they review each applicants in case-to-case basis. Visit the thread "architects - applying as architectural draftsperson" here to see more discussion about this.
Path 2 is the more popular and viable option for PH architects. Most architects here nominate "architectural draftsperson" as their occupation. This is heavily based on your experience. So you may also nominate other occupation under the unit group 3121 whichever is the closest to your experience. However, you might have a problem here since your only experience is pre-qualification. Vetassess, will only assess experience after completing a qualification (degree or diploma). There are more to discuss about Vetassess assessment and you may want to do your research.
In both cases, experience is very important to gain more points with your EOI. The higher the EOI the better. It's very competitive since you will be vying for a limited slot in the nominated occupation. Some occupations also have prescribed experience to be eligible. I cannot comment much about the student pathway but personally, if you can afford it, it can be an option but it is not a guaranteed migration route. Needs more research when deciding this path.

I agree with @Cerberus13. At this point, skilled migration in Australia is becoming more and more difficult because you need a lot of points to get invited for any visa stream (189 or 190). For the architecture field, the Architectural Draftsperson is on STSOL and not a lot of states/territories will have that occupation on their shortage list. Architect is on the MLTSSL, but getting a positive skills assessment is the biggest hurdle. With your limited work experience, the odds may not be in your favor right now because you're competing against others who have more work experience (3+ years), have studied in Australia (additional points for Australian study, studying in regional area), or have worked in Australia.
The student visa pathway is a potential pathway for you to get inside Australia, but there are no guarantees that you can get PR afterwards (but it may gain you 5-10 additional points, especially if you go regional). The downside is that the cost is sky high (tuition fee for MArch is AUD 30-40k per year at universities, plus living expenses, plus OSHC).
