Individual application or Couple application (both on skilled occupation list)

Hi, mas okay ba if couple application or ahould we push thru individual application? Ano po ang pros and cons?Mas matagal ba if couple application?

My fiancé is a Civil Engineer for 7 years and I’m in Construction Management for 5 years.

Unless youre married or in defacto relationship, you cannot make a couple application.

Wala pong couple application. Meron lang po tayu na Main applicant and dependents. (asawa and anak). if both of you are skilled, much better na parehas kayu magpa assess. So makadadag ng partner points sa overall point ng main applicant. Both also should take English exam.

Depend po sa inyo. You have to decide kung sinu magiging applicant. Dapat po ung mas mataas na points sa inyong dalawa. Now if mataas na ung points kahit isa lang magiging main. No need na mag pa assess nung isa. Bawat galaw po sa application may katumbas na pera. Kaya costly po pag dalawa kaung magpapaassess and magpapasa ng application. Bigyan kita ng senaryo sis.

Kung parehas open ang occupation niyo, pwede kaung mag apply pareho. Both kau magpapa assess and English. Pwede ring isa lang, kung sinu ung mas mataas na points. Thrn yung isa hndi na need mag paassess. But with the current trend, due to covid. And taas ng points na need ngaun. Parang 100 ata. So need niyo magpataas ng points.

I believe di pa kayo legally married. So, I think hindi po pwede kayo maging dependent ng isa't isa. Need nyo po mag apply individually unless magpakasal muna po kayo
