491 visa to 191 visa Income Requirement

Holders of 491 visa, what are your thoughts on this?

    Example 1:
    1. June 2020 Visa Grant while working since February 2020
    2. July 2020 Tax Assessment 1
    3. July 2021 Tax Assessment 2
    4. July 2022 Tax Assessment 3
    5. June 2023 - Application for 191 will commence

    Questions:
    a) February 2020 to June 30, 2020 - Taxable income of $53,900 or
    b. June 1 to June 30, 2020 - Taxable income of $ 53,900
    c.) Should be part time or full time work or a combination of those?
    d) Example other income requirements derived from dividends, stocks, rental property in order to reach $53,900 while living in designated regional area (except Brisbane, Sydney, and Melbourne)

    @tigerlance, same question (a, b). highly likely income wouldn't amount to at least $53,900 if they just considered income from Feb 2020 to June 2020. any MARA agent who can give a concrete answer to this?

    Hi rellim, thanks for sharing this one. 491 na kasi yung tinatarget kong visa at mukang ok sya if you can achieve the income threshold. Good thing na minention sa video na not necessary na yung primary applicant ng 491 yung required maging primary applicant ng 191. So favorable eto sa mag partner na parehong may work, then kung sino ang makakuha ng mas malaking income, bale sya na ang mag-apply ng 191.

    @xiaoxue, had my visa granted November 2020. Kung hindi tlg makapagBM this year dahil sarado ang Australia, malamang may adjustment naman yan. critical ung $53,900/year kasi importante ung start. Kung magstart ako ng January 2022, hindi malamang aabot ng $53,900 ang income until June 2022, so malamang start ng July 2022 until June 2023 para sa unang taon ng tax assessment. then July 2025 pa makalodge ng 191 visa.

    parang mas OK nga na mabigyan ng grant kapag pwede na lumipad kaysa lumalakad ang visa tapos sarado naman. yan ang case ko at ng iba pa na may grant na haha

    Hi po, tanong ko lang kung ano yung $53,900 na income requirement para sa Visa 491? Minimum of $53,900 po ba dapat ang offer sayo ng papasukan na mo na company sa AU?
