Please share the bad experience you encounter in dealing with your Migration Agent.

Issues
1. Sobrang tagal magreply sa tanong ko (More than 2 weeks) kahit answerable lang naman ng Yes or No yung tanong ko.
2. Hindi nag-uupdate ng status ng application ko. Kahit ilang beses ako mag send ng e-mail ay matagal mag reply.
3. Mukhang hindi alam ang ginagawa nya.

Yung company kasi ang pumili sa kanya kaya no choice ako kundi tiisin ang ugali nya.

Maybe baguhan lang sa industry? paid ng company ba? If yes ok na yan libre naman hehe

Same experience dun sa pagreply sa e-mails. Ganito ba talaga katagal bago magrespond ang migration agents? This has already happened multiple times.

Maybe baguhan lang sa industry? paid ng company ba? If yes ok na yan libre naman hehe

Hehe that’s true, if libre naman/someone else paid for it then I guess ok na vs having to pay the fees yourself 😉

How often do you email? Medyo cautious Lang ako with comments like these dahil from experience there are also clients who can be difficult to please so hopefully within reason yung feedback.

What do you mean by Hindi nag uupdate? To be honest there’s nothing much to update in relation to immigration process. Have you been given the Code of Conduct? Have a look at it and if you think there is something they have breached then report them to the MARA.

How often do you email?
- Every other day hanggat hindi sya nagrereply.
Example ng tanong ko.
"Natanggap mo na ba yung documents?". (Diba ang dali lang naman ng tanong)

What do you mean by Hindi nag uupdate?
- Example: After ko ipasa yung mga documents ko ay hindi manlang ata nya double check kung nagkamali ako. Update manlang sana ako baka may na miss akong data.

• Hindi manlang sabihin kung Initial Assessment pa rin ba yung application ko or nasa next step na.

Have you been given the Code of Conduct?
"NO" - Obligado ba sya bigyan ako nun kahit yung employer ko ang kumuha sa kanya?
