Hi all! We are a couple with a 2 year old kid and looking for a housemate who will occupy the other room in a 3 bedroom townhouse in Altona North.

The house is fully furnished, has a backyard enough to get fresh air or to hang out.

About your room, it has a built in triple mirrored wardrobe (big space for all your clothes), furnished with bed, desk and lamp. It has a split type air conditioner, handy for the winter months and cools you up during summer. The room is big enough if you want to bring extra furniture with you. You will have your own toilet and bath.

The house is situated in a corner street with 4 bus stops. 15 minute walk to Altona Gate Shopping centre and near to West Gate exits. There is small shopping area about 1 minute walk from the house where there is a charcoal chicken, meatshop, barber, fish and chips, pharmacy and bakery. It's only 15 minute drive to the city. Nearest train station is the Newport station, about 8 minute bus ride from the house. Newport station is 15-20 minute train ride to the city.
