I agree with @rareking na mura ang qantas compare with other airlines. Yun nga lang abangan talaga ung mga nakasale na seats. Hindi ko nga lang naabutan ung 14K pesos na deal kaya yung 15120 per head na ung nai-book namin..tska mas malaki kasi ang baggage allowance ng qantas compared sa PAL or cebu pacific. Un din ang isa kong habol aside sa qantas lang yung may direct booking manila-adelaide aside from sg air..

ang downside lang ng qantas, online booking is online reservation, and then you have to pay for it separately. But other than that, am ok with them.

@bookworm hindi na po ganun sir..no need na pumunta pa sa office nila to have your card verified. recently lang po ata nila yun naimplement kasi since nagrant ang visa namin last sept nagtitingin tingin na kami ng fares, before nga may lumalabas na pop-up na need pumunta sa office nila para maverify yung card pero last monday (nov. 11) na nagpabook ako nagulat din ako na wala na yung notification na yun. I even called their office to ask. No need na raw po.

may sale ngayon ang cebu pacific 5888 all in fare to sydney, one-way. may naka subok na nito? mas madalas naman ako cebu pac pero singapore na yun pinakamalayo na narating ko thru cebu pac.

Gusto ko din malaman if ok ba cebu pac manila to sydney, can anyone share their ceb pac experience? I tried pal and malaysia airlines before but ceb pac fare is so catching.

@shela_79_02 Share ko na rin, I tried SYD-MNL last december, okay naman, bago yung eroplano... the comfort and service is the same as the standard ones you could expect from cebupac's international flights, difference lang is yung haba ng byahe...

Since you'll be coming from Manila, magbaon kayo ng maraming food that you can eat in the plane (e.g. bili ka ng food sa Jollibee NAIA3)... just make sure you consume everything before entering Australia, or declare it...

Dala rin kayo ng maraming forms of entertainment, like books, movies, music, or toys if you have kids... as we know wala namang on-board entertainment sa mga low-cost airlines... medyo nakakainip yung byahe kung mag-isa mo lang, pero since overnight ang flight from Manila to Sydney... most likely itutulog nyo na lang yun..

2.)Is return ticket a must?
3.)How many months usually ang TV grant. ( I selected 3 months sa application)

Hi @aqva! TV is usually granted 1 month since application lodgment but my 3 TV application for the last 3 years has been granted average of 10 days, that is, since 2012 until last year.
Return ticket is helpful.
They usually grant 3 months. You should have applied for multiple entry, 3 months stay in OZ for one year pag multiple entry tourist visa.

I think kaya medyo matagal ang tourist visa mo kasi may application ka na for PMV. But they might grant that soon. Buying a ticket is not so good idea until you have your TV.
