Good day, i applied for a job in POEA and the agency has replied...

Kung matanggap daw ako ni employer need ko daw muna lumipad ng australia as visit visa at the same time working nadin dun... Dun nadin daw ako mag take ng vetasess, then after skill assessment saka iprocess yung visa subclass 482... Ganito ba talaga ang process???? Is it legal? Thank you po

I’m not sure pero ayaw ni australia un ganitong kalakaran na ppsok as tourist visa then mgconvert to working. It maybe possible pero malaking risk yan. Why not make all the assessment here? and apply the necessary working visa dito?

mas mabuti kung dito ka ma assess, then kung ano yung result ng assessment mo, add it to your visa application.
Immi will suspect your intentions of being a tourist doon. Kung tourist visa kasi walang provisions na pwede ka mag work, if nalaman nila na nag work ka doon under a tourist visa, ipapa uwi ka, at may ban pa.
Baka ayaw ni employer na mag bayad ng sponsorship mo. Eh di na lang sana siya nag post

Bawal magwork dito ang naka-tourist visa. Wala ring guarantee na mabilis maggrant ang 482 visa pag dito ka naglodge. So kung hindi ka pwede magtrabaho dito habang inaantay ang 482 visa, sino ang magsshoulder ng living expenses mo dito?

Marami ka pagdadaanan.
1. Sa customs sa pinas, may random question sa iyo, ano gagawin mo sa au.
Then pagdating mo sa au.
1. Meron rin random. Pero maoobserve nila sa bagahe mo palang kung bakit marami ka dala.
2. Maiscan nila sa airport, sa pinas and au, bakit marami ka dala na papers?
3. Kung nagsinungaling ka pa, baka di ka na magenter ng 3 years pag nalaman nila.
4. If may random hanapin sa iyo ang travel itinenary mo, hotel booking, return flight, pocket money, contact person mo, phone messages

Kung nakalusot ka doon, magapply ka onshore, malalaman nila na tourist visa ka.

Hello po everyone! Question po for those Mechanical Engineers na ng work out sa kanilang CDR. Current job ko po kasi is Service Desk Coordinator/Maintenance Planner..d kasi project base yung work ko..any tips kung pano ko gawin CDR ko..if meron po dito same case sa akin..puede po ba maka hingi ng copy ng CDR nyo for reference lang? Thank you in advance.

Maintenance planner dn ang malaking bulk ng experience ko before unfortunately bka ndi lumusot yung exp as planner kay EA kasi more of project management field na kc un. Fortunately, i’ve been part of several special engineering projects/team sa company un ang na-highlight ko and added un soft skills sa planning helped me sa completion ng “projects“ na na-involve ako i suggest reading un complete definition ng anzsco 233512 and definition ni EA ng mechanical engineering.
