Hi guys! Sino nakakuha ng character certificate sa bahamas? Doon kasi naka register ang barko namin. Seaman kasi ako planning to work in australia. Chineck ko ung website nila. yung link sa form di naman nag oopen. Ano pong first step na ginawa nyu para makakuha ng certificate. Salamat po.
