GTE for BS Nursing conversion student visa

Hello po,
Ask po sana ako ng help,DIY application po ako for BS Nursing. Paano po ba mag cocompose ng GTE if I intend to avail Nursing conversion program to practice my profession in Australia after completing the course?

nalilito po kasi ako,sabi kasi sa immigration site :"GTE is not intended to exclude students who, after studying in Australia, develop skills Australia needs and who then go on to apply for permanent residence.".
