Hi po. I'm 24 and currently unemployed. Last employment ko po ay Dec 2021 pa kasi may baby na po ako na 4 months old. May 3rd degree lolo po ako na resident sa Melbourne who will accomodate me while working. Work po sana ang priority ko pero bakit halos lahat ng nakakausap kong agents puro SV ang reccomendations sa akin? No judgement po sana. Parang nakaka disclurgae po kasi kapag walang na guide sayo. Always sinasabi student visa muna. Bakit po kaya? Thank u po.

The skilled migration stream kasi is based on a points system. Maybe the agents have assessed that you might not meet the minimum point requirement? How many years of work experience do you have? Is it related to your field of study? Is your work listed under the list of occupations that Australia is looking for?

May depend on your profile overall but basically, it's the easiest way to enter AU while benefiting on a higher chance for employment after completing the study. Then usually, it will contribute to your EOI score in the future PR application. Agents suggest this, most likely because the faster they can get you to AU drives their high success rates hence more clients, more earning for them in business perspective, when they can see that you're currently a poor candidate for 491.
Honestly, you only need money to get a successful SV, ganun siya ka simple, outside the prestigious Australian universities.

Kung gusto mo pumunta sa Australia to work, kailangan mo ng either skilled immigrant visa (189, 190, 491) or a work visa (482, 186). Either way, kailangan yung nominated occupation mo nasa Skilled Occupation List. Pwede mo tignan yung skilled occupation list dito https://immi.homeaffairs.gov.au/visas/working-in-australia/skill-occupation-list
Para ka maconsider na skilled in your nominated occupation kailangan makakuha ka ng positive skills assessment. To get this, usually inaassess both yung educational qualification and work experience.
With regards to agents, meron migration agent and meron education agent.

Hi! Just a question -I have received state nomination already but there are some information in my employment that i need to change (the dates of employment). Would it be okay if I will change some employment dates in my visa application but contradicts to my EOI? Since I had a permanent job before for a couple of months then eventually changed to casual employment wherein sometimes I work less than 20 hrs per week (thus i cant say yes to skilled employment). Would it be ok if I make these changes to my visa application but there are no changes in my points?
