Hello Hi! Visa 491 Regional Question po..
If I’m nominated by WA, can I live and work in NSW? May work po kasi na naoffer po ng NSW. Eh nasasayangan po kasi kami. And di po ba ma apektohan ang application namin ng PR if ever po..

We were nominated by NSW RDA Illawara, they facilitated an information session and we were advised na we are allowed to reside and work in a different regional area, there's also no need to inform them, but should the need arise I think it is only right and respectful to inform your nominating region of your intent to transfer to another area as well as stating the reason for doing so. Personally, we are planning to stay in our nominating region so as to avoid any complications that may arise during our PR (191) application and later on, sa Citizenship, I mean who knows, migration rules changes all the time.

This is for NSW only. I do not have any information on other states, however I've been seeing a lot of instances of people living and working in a region different from the one that nominated them.

. Kahit po ba may napirmahan kaming agreement ng WA? Pwede po un basta po magpaalam. Madami po kasi din kaming nabasa na ang hirap maghanap ng work sa WA. Nag apply po kami online wla paring feedback.
Kaya triny naming mag apply sa NSW. Luckily may gustong mag hire po samin..

Hi again, I think your best course of action is to reach out to your nominating region (via email or phone call) para makakuha ka ng definite and accurate response. Balitaan mo din kami ha, good luck!

Hello,

We got nominated by ACT Canberra and our 491 Visa has been granted. Since most IT require Citizenship/Security Clearance there are limited work opportunities. Let say we can't find job related to our field for 3 months. Can we move to another state or territory even there is a note from their website below?

Note: We understand the work requirement for IT field before we apply, However, ACT Canberra was the first state that sponsor us so we grab the opportunity when invitation was scarce.

Those are just shared sources from other sm groups (ctto). Kami po kasi ay sa aming nominating region planong manirahan kung ma-grant. Better to clear that with your agent/lawyer before moving kasi wala pa nmn po ata nakaexperience nito dito.

We plan to stay din naman po sa ACT, offshore pa kami and nagchecheck na kami ng openings and halos lahat kailangan ng security clearance. Nagchecheck lang po kami ng mga possible options namin incase di kami palarin sa ACT. Thank you so much sa mga shared information
