I recently arrived here in Perth (Oct. 1) and currently renting a room in Wilson. My place is near Perth City and the house is bedside the bus station. I am living with a Chinese couple with one child. The room is 150 per week plus 50 per month for the utility bills (water, electricity, gas). There are two available rooms.
