Hi po, ask ko lang po paano kung ang assessment po nmin ay naging negative ang outcome, paano po kaya magpapareassess? Thank you.

Usually the assessing body will lay down the comments on your submitted work and education manuscripts ,evidences and coursework and you have a chance to reply to these AO findings. There is a due process naman and if ever ma-reject you can also appeal .
Can i know which assessing body did you apply to ?

Sa vetassess kami, 6 mos nmin hinintay yung outcome. Paano po magrereappeal? Baka kasi maging complicated.

For me, it looks like clear naman yung basis nila. Dapat yung work talaga is matched dun sa occupation which is preparing drafts. If ever i-appeal mo, ano magiging counterpoint mo?

either nagkamali kami sa documents at nung tinawagan kami. ano po kaya ang possible nagawin? pag nagbago kasi kami ng skills ay liliit ang yrs of experience. kung itutuloy nmn nmin ito.. ano ang possible documents and pwede namin idagdag?

Most likely kasi recorded na yung sinabi nyo na 8-16 hrs per week lang spent on preparing drawings. Yun ang main basis nila for negative assessment kasi yung ang requirement nung occupation na pinili nyo. Not sure how else you can counter that. You can try submitting additional docs but how can you prove na yung ang main task?

Hi. I would greatly advise to consult a migration agent. para macheck din nang maayos yung docs nyo. baka may mga na-overlook kayo while preparing. may fee ang appeal, right? kung gagastos lang din ulit, might as well go the safest route na

mahirap din kasi to give our cents without knowing the full details, hence, yung mga pinasa nyong docus.

Agree, safest is to consult your qualifications with an agent so they can advise you if you can push for it or change occupation. Personally I would go for a positive one with fewer years.

Base on the outcome letter you provided , binigyan ka nila ng another path you can thread base on the current evidences you provided to them . In their phone conversation they also confirmed that your nominated occupation has a minor engagement in your current role as an Project/Architectural coordinator. It is disappointing at this point when they have taken so much time to give their decision apparently they had given you another pathway to consider applying.

If you are open to explore getting assessed as the former mentioned by VETASSESS,try to look for more info regarding the alternative pathway- it's demand and any chances for this occupation moving forward.

If you plan to re-appeal are there any evidences you have not provided that can overturn the decision? If there is- then consider lodging an appeal with the help of a migration agent as mentioned by fellow members here. I am seconding @casssie advice

hi Lhanie, do you know you can get assessed as a project coordinator and you dont need to force thru arki draftsman?

If, in any case the draftsman anzco code still fails after trying for re-assessment if theres such thing or you decide to try other ANZSCO, i will suggest you to check:

contract administrator
Builder
