New ACS website ID verification step

Anyone who recently completed the ID verification in the new ACS website, and submitted a secondary ID that does not have an expiration date.. (In my case I was trying to use UMID, because I do not have a driver’s license.)
I believe our National ID does not have an expiration date as well.
How did you complete the ID verification since it is a mandatory field on the ID verification step?

Can you please share what you did? I emailed ACS and no feedback after a week, followed up and still no response. Please help!

I’m thinking of putting 12/12/9999 as the expiration date but I’m not sure if this is okay.

Thank you, I have tried this but unfortunately it is giving an error. (ID is expired)
Nag email na ako sa ACS about this, waiting pa for feedback.

Kung wala kang physical card, login to LTO Portal and use your digital driver's license. It worked for me.

Hi, unfortunately wala pa ding response. What I did was put tomorrow’s date instead and nagproceed naman yung ID verification.

Hello po I’m about ot start my application po. I only have Passport, Birth Certificate and postal ID since hindi po pala pwede yung TIN and Philhealth. would like to ask ano pa pong pwedeng ID aside sa Driver’s license and UMID na almost 1 month pa po bago makuha

Actually hindi pa po. But I’m planning na unahin ko muna yung identification part since pwede ko naman atang i hold since d pa siya mag pproceed haggang d pa na babayaran.

Hello sorry hindi ko po 'to masasagot kasi nag ffup ako sa LTO ng Driver's License and within the week na nag ask ako dito sa thread ni-release din nila agad yung plastic ID ko po

Okay na po sakin. Nakuha ko na din yung ID ko. Ayaw talaga kapag yung temporary gamit. Thank you.

Anyone here na walang Driver's License (dahil walang car) at SSS UMID (suspended application) at Postal ID (recently expired and suspended application) ?

What else can you use for the secondary ID Card?

Other IDs I tried that did not work

• Voter's ID
• PhilHealth ID
• Digital BIR TIN ID (via BIR Orus)

I haven't applied for the National ID yet (due to privacy and security concerns) and seems too late to apply now as seems they are favoring the digital ID rollout instead of physical ID and
from what I read in the ID requirements, ACS wants a physical ID card.

I tried asking ACS directly using the Contact Us and email but still no reply from them for 2 weeks na. (maybe they are not entertaining inquiries from unpaid accounts, pero di ka naman makaproceed sa payment dahil need nga ng identity verification)

Feeling hopeless as it's been 2 weeks.
Do you think ACS will accept student's permit/driving license?
As seems the easiest is to do driving school (even if I have no car) and eventually get a student permit/driving license just to pass this step.

Just an update on ACS Identity Verification.
After 2 weeks of no reply, ACS has listened to my inquires/complaints and now only requires a passport for its identity verification step (though I'm not sure if this is per case or for the whole philippines as I definitely raised the issue of problematic situation with IDs here) and no need for a secondary ID, so no need for me to get a driver's license. yay! Successfully verified my identity at last and can continue with my assessment.
