I have an outstanding EOI for 189/190/491. We are initiating the process for visa 186. Do you have any idea if kelan ko dapat i-withdraw yong EOI ko to avoid conflicts, just in case?

Wag na muna... Intayin mo na lang hanggang sa makapag lodge kayo ng 186 visa.
EOI lang naman yun, walang effect unless invited. Once secured na yung 186 visa lodgement nyo, I think that's the best time you withdraw your EOIs.
Congrats sa 186! Haha.

Nah, ok lang yan. Di naman sila agent nyo for those EOIs di ba? DIY kayo or may ibang agent? So, that's fine.
Wala naman conflict since EOI lang yun. Nothing to do with any visa at that stage.

i would keep the EOI's open, as of the moment, current timeline for Visa 186:
need mo din read yung "fine print" ng contract mo, just-in-case you get invited on the EOI's, baka you may need to pay your employer a fee if you move away from the employer sponsorship lalo na pag naumpisahan na nila yung process for it, which in my experience is a bit stressful (i helped in every part of the application kasi)
at the end of the day, mas okay for me yung Visa's na free ka to move around, unlike visa 186 na you will be tied-up (depends on contract) to your employer for the next 2 years or so... (this was during my time, not sure ano na ang legalities nowadays around this moral obligation to stay)
