May 9 in Family and Partner Visas

Hi, hihingi lang sana ako ng opinion on how to process kapag magpapakasal sa South Australia. Currently my partner is still on the Philippines with a tourist visa. Ako naman under a 494 visa.

We are planning to get married next year by April 7 sa Australia.
or better sa pilipinas ang kasal para mas madali?
