Partner visa or Prospective marriage visa?

Nalilito ako sa dapat kong gawin. I'm in a relationship for 4 years. Should I pursue Prospective marriage visa muna or Partner visa agad.

Plan A: Uuwi ako sa Pinas so we can get married at makuha ko na sya.

Plan B: I'll stay in Au at ia-apply sya ng Fiancee visa.

-------------------

Yung Plan B naman mas gusto ko talaga kasi atleast we have 9 months na magsasama together before the marriage. Saka atleast mas mafi-feel namin yung excitement na nagkasama kami together then at the end magpapakasal na.

Like:

- evidence that you have met face to face
- written statement ng history of relationship
- intend to marry evidence

-----------------------------------

May nag visa 300 na ba dito? Baka naman matulungan nyo kong mapadali yung preparation.

Hay.... :(

-----------
PS just to clarify. Nagkasama kami ng 2 years bago ako umalis ng Phil. and stayed in Aus for 2 years din. Baka lang isipin nyong first time naming magkikita

Hi, ako kaya ko sagutin yan :D In my opinion mas mabuti na yung Partner Visa kaysa sa Fiance visa.

    1. "Fiance Visa" http://www.immi.gov.au/Visas/Pages/300.aspx
Philippines is in High risk category. Kapag na approved ang fiance visa kailangan magpakasal kayo before mag 9 months. After kayo magpakasal mag apply nman sya ng Partner visa (Provisional)

    Visa fees: $3085

    Fiance visa allows you to:
Enter Australia before you marry your prospective spouse
Travel in and out of Australia as often as you want
Work in Australia, although some employers might not hire people with temporary visas
Study in Australia, but with no access to government funding for tertiary study.

    2. "Partner Visa" http://www.immi.gov.au/Visas/Pages/309-100.aspx

    Visa fees: $3085

The Partner (Provisional) visa (subclass 309) lets you:
Enter Australia and stay here until a decision is made about your permanent Partner visa
    work in Australia
Study in Australia, but with no access to government funding
Enrol in Medicare, Australia's scheme for health-related care and expenses.

In my opinion mas makaka-save kayo sa oras, panahon at pangastos kapag Partner provisionary visa (subclass 309, 820) ang kukunin nyo agad.

    Visa Processing link: http://www.immi.gov.au/about/charters/client-services-charter/visas/5.0.htm
    Visa charges link: http://www.immi.gov.au/fees-charges/visa-pricing-table.htm

After 2 years staka pa lang puede mag apply ng Partner PR visa cost $3085.

    God bless.

Uuwi ako maybe this May para magpa-civil wedding.

Like Picture both of you maganda may date. sulat, email, telephone or mobile bills kasi nakalagay dun ang phone number ninyo. Valentine, annnivesary or Christmas card at iba pang documents na patunay na continue ang relatiobnship ninyo at munication ninyo baka kasi kailangan eh. cheers

ito ang inyong tagapayo sa pagibig,

    Kuya Totoy :D
