Share ko lang Guys!Granted na visa this week lang.Almost 4 months din kmi nag hintay.Mhaba process at medyo complicated pero at last na grant din.Mabait ang CO ng nag hawak samin.No migrant agent.Lahat ng application ay online.Madali lang pla?!hehehe!Good luck sa inyo lahat and all the best!

Congrats, at 4 months lg ang processing ng 187 visa mo. Sobrang swerte mo, ung iba halos abot na ng 15 months ang paghihintay ehh.. Swerte mo sa CO mo at mabilis sya magprocess. Congrats again. Nasa AU kna ba?

Hello!Musta?Yes,d2 ko sa Perth.3 years na ko d2 sa employer ko at 1 year pa lng family ko d2.Buti na lng at nominate ko ng employer ko.Exempted kmi sa Ielts at ang isa pa eh ksama na PR un anak ko na 8 months old na wala pa passport.Hehehe!kompleto namn docs ko.Mabait nmn CO.Bsta nkpag communicate lng ako.at nktipid pa ako kc di na ng agent.Glory to God!!

@AJ0508..ok lg po..aq din hindi rin nag agent, so sobrang laki ng natipid q..3 yrs na din aq dito sa Broome pero ung husband q 10 months pa lg.. humabol lg kasi xa sa PR application q last yr after ng wedding namin.. iba talaga pag mabait ang CO at nagrereplg sa kahit anong tanong mo kasi nagiging smooth ang lahat..

Hello!Buti di ng ielts mrs ko.Pero yun una email CO eh dapt mg ielts cya pero binawi nya.After 30 mins bgo uli email at disregard daw un first email.Ng medical din baby ko ha at byad pa rin sa application nya.Last na ask nya is yun travel docs na baby ko since na la cya passport.Before nun eh hiningi rin ng CO un Exit letter ko mula KSA.Masalimuot ang case ko.Buti na lng at naunwaan nya at konti bola.Hehehe!

Congrats!!! Visa 187 din kmi ni hubby 5mos. since we lodged our visa. Our CO asked us to submit today hopefully the last document they need...sana mkasama kmi s batch jan 2014 na mkareceive mg VISA grant.

@anneoz08..Congrats.. Panu ung sau? Hindi ka na pina tourist visa pra ma approve ung visa nyo? At naapprove na lg kaagad?

@nfronda yup sis hindi na, ng iiba iba cguro ng rules. My husband will come home by Feb 2013 and sabay kami pagbalik sa March 🙂 Super Happy, now I know the feeling 😃

@nfronda haha right time tlga noh? 😃 Upon reading ung grant notification I thought na this literally allows us to live in Aussie indefinitely. Pero may expiration pala 5mos n kala ko forever n ung right? 🙂

@anneoz08, 5 months? or 5 years? Yes ang PR ay gud for 5 yrs lg yan, before ur PR will expire apply for citizenship.

for PR:

you are allowed to live in Australia indefinitely (even after the visa expires)
within 5 years, you should be able to apply for citizenship
pag expired na PR visa at di ka pa citizen, then you can still stay in AU indefinitely (kaya nga PR permanent resident), ang problem lang yung paglabas at pasok mo ng AU will require RRV- return resident visa.. there is another thread for this..

@lock_code2004 Master, thank you so much for this info na confuse ako haha. So permanent na talaga kmi, within 5 yrs we can freely travel in/out of Aussie anytime but after it expires you cannot do that anymore unless you apply for another VISA. I thought expired na tlaga at kelangan ko n nmng maexperience ung kaba at stress ng pag aantay ng VISA haha.

@nfronda sis 5 years pala lalo ko pang na shorten haha. Sa Karratha kami WA din hope we can meet soon 🙂

@anneoz08..Pag PR kna wla ka nang dapat pang e worry, applying for citizenship is soo easy.. Sa karratha pla kau, it's an 8 hours drive to our place. Nkadaan na ako ng Karratha, daan lg kasi Perth ang punta namin. Nag KFC lg sa Karratha..hahahahha.. karratha is a civilized town compared to us.

@nfronda ang layo pala ng broome pba ung place nyo? naririnig ko na yan s kanya prang nkapunta na sya jan. kala ko pa nmn neighbors lang tayo lols. anyways not too far na yan hope we could meet personally soon. advise each other if we have plans to visit our places. haha sikat na sikat ung kfc s knila ung pix ng hubby ko parating dun lols.

@anneoz08..Yes sobrang layo..Oo ba, but I don't know kung kailan ulit kami mkapunta ng Karratha. Mabuti nga sa kanila my KFC, dito wla Mcdo lg..

example:

Visa granted Jan 2013, not allowed to enter after Jan 2018 (5 yrs expiration)

if you understand it more clearly, hindi nmn tlaga expiry yan, not allowed to enter after lang...

after Jan 2018, kung nasa AUstralia ka, pwede kang magstay forever/permanently walang problema, kasi PR ka naman..
after Jan 2018, pwede ka lumabas, pero hindi kana pwede bumalik ng AU, unless may RRV ka.. Return Resident Visa..
after Jan 2018, kung ayaw mong mag apply ng RRV, wag kang lalabas ng AU...
ang assumption kasi is Jan 2013- jan 2018, naka 5 yrs kana sa Australia, sa dapat citizen kana, meaning may AU passport kana, therefore pwede kana magtumbling labas/pasok sa AU..

Hello ! Congrats at PR na kyo.Sorry now lng nka reply.Galing kc ko ng Telfer.Jan 15 nka received c Mrs ng Medicard.Ina ayus ko namn now ang Centrelink online.Another challenge na namn.GODbless!
