State Sponsorship Visa 190 - Nomination

Hi, I would like to ask if ano po ba process sa nomination under visa 190. When you submit you submit your EOI tapos ticked niyo po open for nomination for any State, does that mean you can get offers for nomination from more than one state?

For example, if your occupation is within SOL tapos open siya for nomination in 5 States, would that mean you would get up to 5 nominations and you only need to pick one? Or the first State to sponsor you will only appear and other States will only be able to see your application again if you decline the first one?

    I suggest that you check each state kung anong requirements nila for nomination. Some state requires you to tick only their state when asking for nomination.

    July 9 2013: Applied for ANMAC
    Nov 19 2013: ANMAC assessment completed
    Nov. 22 2013: Applied for state nomination (visa 190)
    Dec. 13 2013: State Nomination approved

    And some states require that you directly contact them to file your application for SS (i.e. not enough that you just tick that state in your EOI). That's based on what i've read.

    Nagsubmit na kasi ko ng SS for Victoria kaso mukhang matagal pa. Balak ko din sana sa SA magpasa. Kelangan ko ba baguhin ung state dun sa EOI? Tapos ok lang kaya un since mention ko sa Victoria SS ko na sila palang ung hinigan ko?

    I believe most ng mga state have a commitment requirement, kahit sa application pa lang, kaya they are expecting you will select their state in your EOI. If magsubmit ka ng SS sa ibang state, failed na agad sa commitment. Lalo na ang Victoria, sobrang particular sa ganyan.

    Ah oo nga e. Medyo natatagalan kasi ko sa 12 weeks na binigay na estimate. If ganun kasi aabutin na ko ng July and panu pag di pa approved. Kadalasan ba 12 weeks inaabot ng SS ng Victoria?

    @ladyinpink if you indicated your email, you will receive an email apart from the EOI status update, upon approval of your SS 190 application. Check you spam folder, i've read cases kse na updated na eoi status pero wala pa email, yun pala napunta sa spam folder.

    thanks sa info @manofsteel! :) worried lang ako baka maoverlook namin yun. tagal pa kasi ng april 28.. sana kahit alin sa dalawang visa may mareceive kami na invitation.

    @IslanderndCity nung march 29. Haha sorry i dont know what turn around time is. Un ba ung processing time? 3.5 weeks nakalagay. 9 day difference tyo :)
    yes po, same meaning sa processing time. so same pala tayo, 3.5 weeks. so it means yours will be approved maybe on or before April 23, 2014 po. Exciting! I'll help pray for your result po. I know the feeling. :)

    it will come within sa committed processing time nila. pray, pray, pray, and believe. in my case, 3 weeks & 4 days talaga. then 3.5 weeks processing time nakalagay sa website nila.

    @IslanderndCity sana nga mag dilang anghel ka na positive result kasi ung required sa anzco code ko ay 3 years pero 2 something lng experience ko dahil ung remaining years of experience ko as a nurse ay sa ibang area. Kaya d pa sure if tanggapin nila application ko
