NSW State Sponsorship

Hi guys, ask ko lang po kung may industrial engineer job na included sa state sponsorship occupation lists ng NSW in previous version? Sa latest version kasi hindi ito included. anyone here who had their visa granted using industrial engr as nominated occupation for NSW state sponsorship? Im planning to take this pathway too if ever na mag open but i really dnt know if it will. Appreciate for your inputs and experiences.

@cvetu2004 hi. IE din po ako. Wala po ang IE sa mga prev nsW SS list.. As far as i know only SA offers SS for IE..

hello po, newbie po ako dito, naghahanda po ng mga documents para sa VETASSESS, nasa academe po ako. dating nag-aaply sa canada at naghintay ng 8 years, pero after 8 years po nang paghihintay, delete ng gov't lahat ng pre-2008 na applications,. dasal ko po maging successful itong 2nd na aplikasyon.

Hello po, may question po ako. kailangan po ba ang Point test advice kung NSW SS po ang susubukan? Magpapaassess po bilang univ.lecturer sa VETASSESS. Salamat po.

@pahaktata need qualifications assessment by vetassess. Though im not familiar sa criteria nila but i think you need to have an assessment that is equivalent to at least an australian bachelors degree suitable to your nominated occupation for you to claim points in educational qualifications.

@Jeebs: Sana po makatulong ung Master's ko from UPD though nagka-enrol po ako sa kasalukuyan sa PhD program. Kasalukuyan po akong nagtuturo sa UPLB. Gusto ko lang pong malinawan kong kailangan ang Point Test Advice kahit State Sponsorship ang susubukan. Sa mga nabasa kong kakaunti pa lamang, sinasabi na ito ay kailangan sa GSM. Salamat po.

@ieya_oz already tried western but di na daw nila inooffer ung ganung service. Mag international bank cheque ka na lng sa bpi if ur in phils. May konting pyment lang around P300.

@moonwitchbleu hello.. ask ko naman kasi halos the same situation tayo though medyo nauna ka lang..i'll give birth on April 2014, so mauuna yung lodgement ng visa namin ng hubby ko sa panganganak ko.. once nandyan na ba si baby, do i still need to pay for the visa fee ng baby ko? or kasama na sya dun sa initial fee naming mag asawa and i will just have to apply for the baby's visa? appreciate your advice. salamat in advance!

hi @ieya_oz, na una din yung lodgement namin sa panganganak ko, pero hindi ko ininclude si baby sa pag lodge kasi di ko pa cya pinanganak eh kay wala din cya bayad nung nag lodge. i dont know is its applicable sa lahat pero kami di hiningi-an ng bayad nung ininclude namin si baby. nung nagka CO kasi ako dun ko pa ininform cya na i just gave birth and I would like to include the baby. so yun humingi lang cya ng birth, passport and medical. when i asked him how and when to pay for the baby's visa fee since he is a migrating dependent, sabi lang ni CO wala daw bayad c baby.

Inquire ko lang po mga Master kung ano ang english requirement ng NSW para sa visa 190.
Ang pagkakaintindi ko kasi sa site nila na ang requirement lang nila ay minimum 6 in all band ng IELTS. Wala na po ba ung minimum band score nila sa per occupation? Nakakalito lang kasi po, may nakita ako na sol na may minimum sila per occupation tapos ung updated nila na sol ngayon wala ng nakalagay na IELTS requirement basta minimum 6 in all band. Tama po ba ang pagkakaintindi ko?

Alam ko minimun s nsw is 6.. Sa ibang states nakaspecify yung per occupation iba yung min reqt..

Ako nagbabalak ako na magapply ss sa nsw, kaya lang waiting pako sa skill assessment ko,
ngayon ko palang kasi ipapadala ung cdr ko sa EA. MAtagal na antayan pa.

@jenipet20 ako, I applied for QLD after madecline ng VIC. Inaayos ko lang yung nakakalulang requirement nila na evidence of fund. Prolly, next week ko isa-submit requirements nila. wala pa kasi hard copy ng VETASSESS ko kasi di ko pinaexpress courier yun.. e anlabo nung faxed copy kasi..

@jenipet20 hello! I applied for NSW SS last Nov 28 and got an acknowledgment email last Dec. 2.. Hopefully and God willing, maka receive ako ng approval soon. NSW's email response last Dec. 2 says that they're currently processing applications received in Oct. 16, 2013. So I suppose makaka receive ako ng final decision by mid or end of January 2014. Keeping my fingers crossed

I just read nga that NSW SS has been closed effective 24 Dec. Ang aga nilang mapuno. Humabol ako sa awa ng Diyos. Dec 2 ako nag submit. They will be opened after 6 months. I'm not just sure if the same happened last year2012..anyone who can share?

@ieya_oz nabasa ko nga din e dec 13 naman yung akin.. Anuaya chances n maapprove satin since sinabi nila s site n nameet n nila yung quota e may mga pending applicants pa sila.

Gaya ko last april 11 nag close ang din sila, april 11 din ako nagsubmit via dhl, buti naman at tinaggap pa nila kahit buzzer beater

Hello guys! Newbie here.. So my situation is.. Im already aphra refistered as nurse last october with 34 months of experience. Wala akong mpprovide na payslip or contract from my experience kc wla kmi payroll pero ung nasa job descrition namin as staff nurse parin ung work. Last december 12 pa ung last hospital experience ko, andio na ko sa pinas. Nawala ung pgka multiple entry ng visa ko kc ng extend ako dun sa 600 visa ko. Since nowadays hirap n maghanap ng hospital n ngiisponsor im planning to apply for a 190 or 489 visa kaya lng kulang ako ng 5 point for the experience since kulang sya and wala nga ko ma pprovide na paylsip etc.. So im plannning to apply for a state sponsorship preferrably NSW or any state na qualify ako at mabilis.. And i will apply everything from here in Philippines. My questions are..

1. Lahat ba ng state my requirements na prrof of funds for state nomination? Kc prng my nresearch ko ung iba meron nga like 20 to 30k.. If not anong state ang walang ganung reqt..nand if requirement din un sa actual application na ng visa

2. Is it true na to be come approved for state nomination ung ibang state ng rerequire na u need to have a job offer already from that state or currently working on that state or have lived there for a period of time.. Parang my nbsa akong ganun.. (Like sa NSW, sbi skin nung friend ko my nakausap daw sya previous employee dun sa office n ng aayos ng mga SS and sabi importand daw tlga ung COE na proof n currently working ka sa NSW and it will give u chance to become approve for SS)

3. May impact kaya sa application ko for PR and SS na di na current ung hospital experience ko like last December 2012 pa.. And also kung may impact na currently working ako as call center pero in a medical field naman. Kasi requirement na nurse ka for that call center account.

In short, my situation is i dont have 20 to 30k aud to prive as proof of fund for SS, my hospital experience is not current and last december 12 pa, i dont have payslips, itr etc to support my employment, i only have COE, im currently working in a call center but its specifically for nurses.

Given my "nobela" hehe ano kaya g chance ko maapprove ang state nomination and 190 visa ko?
The rest of my requirements are ok nmn like ielts..un lng tlga na mentioned above.

@orangesoda in my case, when i applied for NSW SS, they did not ask or require me to provide proof of funds.
