I created another discussion for Online Application concerns. Mejo marami nga akong tanong eh.. sana may maka-sagot sa akin.. hehehe..

You can save your application naman similar to that of ACS. So para pwede mo balikan if ever. Di ko pa ni-100% complete.. nasa 85% pa lang.. eh madami akong questions. Ayoko munang ituloy.. hahaha!

ang bilis mo naman mag fill-up. haha! iniintay ko pa kasi cut-off ng card para di agad due yung payment ko. hehe

I already created a thread "Online Application", you may want to use it para di na madoble. I created it early this month I think.

Anyway, gusto ko kse makita how it goes.. kse meron namng 28 days to finish everything. So ok lang yon kse more or less in 28 days dapat makapag-pass na tayo, dba?

Hmm.. pag online ba credit card lang pwede? Eh pano yan, di naman ganon kalaki ang credit limit ko.. di kayang magbayad ng AUD 2960 ba yon? waaahh..

Sige fill up ka na din para share tyo ng sentiments if ever.. Will look for a trustworthy and reliable agent dito sa Pinas if ever meron para lang ma-make sure kung tama lahat ng papers ko.. mahirap na, malaking halaga na ang pinag-uusapan natin dito.. hahaha..

@katlin924 ayan tinanong ko na din iyan sa thread na iyon. they suggested to talk to the bank to extend your limit. matagal ko ding inisip iyang payment method ng online, oo credit card lang pwede... i think pwede ang prepaid card. kaso di pa popular sa pinas ang prepaid card, where you put a certain amt of money, then you can use it kamukha ng credit card. its different from a debit card kasi debit card has a limit per day and some needs pin validation to complete a transaction (which I think hindi designed yung online app ng diac to handle this type)...

for my case, since I don't have that much limit, I asked my cousin to issue me a supplemntary card just for the card to bear my name. nasa kanya lang yung card, di ko na kinuha, I just need the details. the currency is dollars so it'll be cheaper when you converted it.

Wow! Thanks @LokiJr at @mickey! Nakkatuwa naman.. actually, high scores in Listening and Reading can be achieved if you practice 3x a week. Cambridge books are really helpful.. Mahirap lang talaga yung Writing and Speaking kung walang mag-evaluate sayo.

Gudlak naman sa credit card sa Online Application?!? Pano kaya yon.. hahaha.. pwedeng ibang credit card ang gamitin? makikisuyo kaya ako s mga taong may ganon kalaking credit limit? hala naman.. mejo nakakatakot..

@katlin, yan ba yung online visa lodging fee? Kung credit card ka, tawagan mo ang bangko mo, magrequest ka ng special increase of limit sa transaction na yan...Papayag mga yan, dagdag negosyo sa kanila e hehe...BPI and BDO are even willing to arrange installment plans for such an amount...

Ah talaga? Tatanong ko s knila kung pwede magpa-increase ng limit for the purpose of paying the amount? Nag-request ako dati ng credit increase na-deny kse nga wala akong work ngayon dba.. hehe..

@katlin, aaaaahhh wala po kayo work? yun po siguro dahilan...pero basta matagal na kayo kliyente nila at di kayo nallate sa pagbayad usually pinapayagan naman nila yun...

Kung may iba pa kayong bank accounts, properties or investments, puwedeng supporting documents mga yun para iapprove nila yung request niyo

@katlin, iba kasi situation ko hehe...I found an employer who will train me here before sending me there...so as much as I want to lodge my visa on my own, nasa kamay nila kung gaano kabilis ako makakarating doon

Btw, about dun sa accounts napansin ko na yung BDO ATM eh Debit Card din. So pwede gamitin yon sa Online Application? Hhmm.. pwede nga ba? O sadyang Credit Card lang tlaga?

Oh! There you go @tobenhood.. Hhhmm.. wala pa kong narinig nagpa-remarking eh.. pero pwede naman daw yon sbe sa British Council..

@katlin, I don't think papayagan nila ang Debit Card kasi for such cards, you can only spend what's in the bank account so as good as cash siya and you cannot charge an amount greater than what you have with Debit Cards

@tobenhood, IELTS remarking is expensive and tedious. Kung 0.5 band score ang kulang mo then it's worth trying but if you're looking at a 1 band score or greater difference, you are better off taking the test again.

i got 6 on writing, and the rest are all good, 7ish and 8ish..its really a pain in the pocket taking the ielts again. let u know when i got the remarking result. Hopefully it is favorable and its good to go. All are set already

I was just about to say remarking only applies to Listening and Writing Exams hehe...
Sige Sir, I wish BC/IDP will reconsider your writing exam so you can get to Australia the soonest

Hello! Hello! I'm back guys! dami kong na-miss na post, need to catch-up... sobrang busy sa work this last few weeks.

@onesilvertwo & @katlin924 musta na? Congrats sa ielts mo katlin924, galeng!... na-delay pag lodge ko sa DIAC, nag-second try ulit ako ng IELTS last Oct22 nag baka sakali akong mas tumaas at maka-8 in all bands... last IELTS result ko Listening, Reading & speaking = 8, writing = 7... sumabit pa sa writing sayang

Habol ako sa online application nyo, hopefully paglabas nitong bagong IELTS ko

oo madami ka na namiss, si @katlin924, ikakasal na. tamo namiss mo yan. joke lang. hahaha!

ako yung 2nd try ko sa IELTS, ganoon pa din score ko, tumaas lang ang listening ko. kaya ginamit ko nalang ang 1st result.

tagal nang remarking result ko baka di na makapag-antay si victoria kasi sabi nila i open daw nila for 3 months yong application nang SS ko para mapasa ko ielts ko. take nalang kaya ako ulit?

hi @tobenhood, what is your nominated skill? I was planning to apply for Victoria SS for Software Engineer but it specifies that you should have specialization in certain skills like SAP, etc., minimum of 3 years. Since 2 yrs pa lang ako sa SAP, I decided not to go through that route.
