@bebecait Sis Wala pa naman siyang hiningi sa akin na form 80.. Ung latest na request for other documents about un sa mag partner.. It depends Kasi un sis sa mga nasubmit muna before.. If contented na ung CO mo sa mga pinass mo baka mga ilang docs nalang ang hihingin sayo.. it's all depends on your CO and your evidence that you submit sis..

@Jonjie1322 we have the same co..miss liza..kelan ka hiningan nung addl docs? Naglodged ako dec 22 and she asked for cenomar, police chk and valid id for non migrating parent cause i got 2 minor dependants on feb 4..i hope di cya strict

@nutmeg709 good thing nalaman mo na sino CO mo. magkalapit lang pala tayo ng lodgement date. I lodged mine 10 Dec 2014. nag send sila ng acknowledgement letter, nbi, medical request nung 24 dec 2014. Up to now I havent heard from them and I have no idea who my CO is.

@lauramae1011 i lodged mine 12/22 but they actually confirmed it on 01/13 na cause of the long christmas holiday..where ka sa pinas and san ka sa aussie?

@lauramae1011 Thats good..been there 3x on tv but the 4th one was denied i reapplied feb 4 and im still waiting for the grant, i hope approved na cya..ang tagal kasi nung sc309

@nutmeg709 im still undecided to apply for tv sis. kasi yung husband ko kauuwi lang nya last week from here. malaki ba ang chance ma approve yung tv if may ongoing ka na application?

@lauramae1011 C hubby ko was here last month den..sabi nila malaki possibility daw na maapprove but who knows..the denied tv was lodged jan 5 at NSW by then they havent seen my 309 applic yet cause they confrmed receipt of the 309 jan 13, same date they denied my tv..they advised me to either appeal or reapply..we reapplied cause it costs 1600aud to appeal ..im getting paranoid na about this after the denial..

@nutmeg709 my mom in law at grandma ng husband ko sis said sana mag holiday ako dun. sabi ng husband ko , we will wait to hear from the immigration. kung ako lang, ok lang kahit saan basta magkasama kami.

You should apply for tv too..ang dami nga dito sa pinoyau that are doing thesame..kahit 3mos

@waitingvisa_101 hehe mlpt n po kyo, ako mag3months plng s 21 kya mahaba p po waiting game ko. Pray lng po for patience and guidance always sis. Ako din nggng impatient n most esp pg dmi n grant hehe. pero wla mggwa kht naiisip ko po magTV we're on a budget po kc preparing for plane tickets and luggages, then ung pngbond s uupahan and ung mga need bilhin for the house n irerent nmin kc gsto dn nmin bumukod ni hubby kya no choice kundi magwait nkng jmi tlga mgdoble gastos p kmi if maTV kmi ni baby namin.

@waitingvisa_101 I hope hindi masyado istrikto co natin sis. Hindi nga rin ako sure if may co na aq. Ask aq sa agency namin na nasa aus pero sabi na wait na lang daw sa advise ng immi doon. Hindi rin kasi sila ang direct contact ng embassy dito I think.
