Hello po, tanong po sana, since I am unable to obtain bank statements showing salary payments from my employer on year 2014-2016, so dito nalang ako "Employment linked insurance/superannuation document". I have provided SSS payment contributions. But they asked for additional payment evidences. Nag try ako mag retrieve sa Pag-ibig contributions ko, kaso year 2017 to current year lang ang nakita dito sa Pag ibig site. I tried sa PhilHealth din meron sana contributions from 2014-2016, kaso walang employer name. :( Any idea po, on how to obtain contributions with Employer name and my name reflecting via PhilHealth or Pag-ibig ?

For PAG IBIG, you have to make sure that your employer actually made the contribution. This could be the reason why it is not showing at all. You should communicate this to your employer then ask for a proof, then you may connect to PAG IBIG online if it is an issue on their part.

Just to add sa PAG IBIG contribution, nagpa consolidate ako ng records para makita ko lahat ng contributions ko sa Virtual PAG IBIG website. Merong form si PAG IBIG. Nagpasa ako online with my ID. Take note ayaw nila ng digital signature gusto nila print mo yun paper at magsign ka tapos scan mo.

Thank you po for your reply. I was given 14 calendar days to submit the pay evidence. Makukuha po ba sya within the day sa Pag IBIG office? Or need pa pabalikin after ilang days sa releasing?

SSS records yun nalang unahin mo since updated naman sila online.

Meron na po ako SSS History with contributions, pero they asked for another payment evidence po eh :( that's why I am eyeing for Pag-ibig.

Ohhh I see. Pwede rin Certificate of Contributions from your employers?

I think pwede din sguro Certificate of Contributions from my employer in Pag-ibig, I called them today. They can daw in 2-3 days. Baka pwede nato. Thank you po.

LOL. Please make sure to bring necessary documents like birth certificate, ID's both original and photocopy. As far as I can remember, it takes time for them to consolidate your records. Not sure 20 business days ba yon. You can grab screenshots of your contribution records from their website.

Hello yes, viewable naman po online Pag-IBIG ko from 2017 - current year na employers. Yung 2014, 2015, 2016 lang is wala sa online records ng Pag-IBIG. I called na din yung employer ko on this period. They said, they would provide certificate of contributions.

Pag ibig and SSS fall under the same category - employer contributions. Provide different type of evidence.

For example I have a job exp, from 2016-Current.

    I am able to provide 2016, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 ITR.
But 2017 and 2018 ITRs are missing.

I also have payslips starting 2018 onward, but no payslips for 2016/2017.

COE has all details including dates and salary though.

    Will this be an issue??

You should follow the guidelines as they instructed, else your work experience may end up not assessable due to payment evidence. Below is the screenshot of the requirement.

On your case, it depends, ACS needs 2 forms of pay evidence for each employment experience. Iyong 2016-current mo ba under one company or different employers?

If this is under one company, I think missing 2016/2017 payslip and 2017/2018 ITR are okay only if you can add [1] SSS employment and contribution history, and [2] PAG IBIG contribution history.
Take note they need evidence from the beginning and end of each employment, but does not hurt to add more.

Just an opinion, take it with a grain of salt.

Pag ibig and SSS fall under the same contributions. Guideline states 2 types, so submitting just these 2 won’t suffice.

Thanks for sharing the info, pero paano ba to.

That’s good then. You got lucky. Guidelines say 2 types of pay evidences. I never dared try to use both for my clients. To be honest, I have issues convincing myself that the assessors are doing accurate assessments. They’ve made serious mistakes on a number of cases in the past months. We agents are appalled by the level of work they’ve been doing lately. They are in a major transition at the moment.

Hello po good afternoon, I would like to ask po ano yung indication ng Section Number sa school kung saan ka naggraduate, when I checked mine it under Section 1 po. Thank you for the feedback in advance :)

Hi po, I graduated BS Computer Science in a Section 2 school. If I take a licensure exam for teachers (since I have units in education as well), can they assess that or no po since it is not related to my course?

Pwede patulong, I have complete contribution based on SSS online, but I have no idea where to get the SSS records that show both employer and employee name in the contribution?

My contributions are complete when I look at the contributions page, but I see nothing in the PRN section.

Hi guys, question regarding using Philhealth as payment evidence. Is there a way to show contributions in Philhealth na nag shoshow ng employer name? I'm talking about past employers, 2019 and 2020 to be exact, since ang lumalabas lng na employer sa profile(Member Data Record) sa Philhealth website is the latest employer.

Yes so she will be taking the PTE test but she will not be submitting a skills assessment.

Does this mean, assuming she gets competent PTE score or higher, we can claim 5 points?

The reason I ask is because I'm confused by this statement from DHA

"_Your spouse or de facto partner must also be an applicant for this visa and has competent English

For you to be eligible for the award of these points your partner must be an applicant for the same visa subclass and must not be an Australian permanent resident or an Australian citizen._"

What does it mean to be "an applicant for the same visa subclass"?

Does that simply mean that I have to name her as my spouse in the EOI and will be accompanying?

Hi all, newbie here sa forum.
Or need tlaga na either one of the two above PLUS payslip.

Ang prob ko po kasi now is payslips ko ay di cover ng start date and end date ng employment ko. I mean meron during mid lang. Meron din complete sa another employer.

Ano ang best po if di complete ang payslip records( also no bank statement ).
    Thanks in advance

OK I just checked EOI in SkillSelect again..

    It says:

Partner qualifications points will be attributed as follows:

5 points - partner is included in the visa application and has Competent English only

    10 points - no partner

10 points - partner is an Australian citizen or an Australian Permanent Resident

10 points - partner is included in the visa application, is under 45 years of age, has an eligible skilled occupation, a suitable skills assessment and Competent English

Looks like that is quite clear.

Still don't understand what DHA means with this, maybe it is outdated?

    https://immi.homeaffairs.gov.au/visas/getting-a-visa/visa-listing/skilled-independent-189/points-table

For you to be eligible for the award of these points your partner must be an applicant for the same visa subclass...

Medyo nakakalito nga yang statement na yan sa una, pero ibig sabihin lang nyan, dapat kasama mo sya from the beginning i.e from the EOI (merong tanong dun ilan kayo na mag-apply ng visa in the event of an invitation), to the visa application itself, your partner is part of the whole process as a secondary applicant. Only then you can claim points for their credentials.

Yan yung basic eligibility. Pero mas magiging granular yung criteria pagdating sa kung ilang points ang kayang ma-claim which you already listed out.

    Meron po yung iba.
Pwede po ba yung ganitong combination:
    1. SSS + ITR
    Or
    2. Pagibig + ITR

    Yes pwede.

I think SSS and pagibig are both under ”Employment linked insurance/superannuation/provident fund documents ”.
Then ITR (form 2316) is under govt tax document category.
