Lodge Visa or Medical

Hi po.
Im still waiting for my COE from CDU.
Tanong lang po ako if puede na akong magpa medical ngayon or dapat mag lodge muna ako ng visa ko?

lodge ka muna visa saka na medical. nandun ung form sa IMMI account which is after mo maglodge

may referral kna kahit di pa naka lodge visa? Hindi na ako sure, sa akin kasi 189 path. lodge muna bago maka medical. Anyways, up to you.

@vhoythoy yes, idp told me na puede akong mg medical 2 weeks before mg lodge ng visa. 573 ako.

Ah student visa pla kala ko for permanent resident. Dun kasi visa lodge muna bago medical. Anyway i think you got the answer na. Ok goodluck

hi @misyelpawlin if I may ask what is main reason that you want to have your medicals done before lodging the visa?

if your reason is you want to get it done ahead of time, even before visa lodgement, you can "Organise your health" sa ImmiAccount, get an eMedical referral and get your medicals done.. I have not personally done it, but you can do this and then afterwards link you eMedical profile/HAP ID to your visa application... pero medyo tricky ata ito kesa mag-lodged ka muna, and let your ImmiAccount profile automatically show and link your Health requirements sa eMedical...

referral of medical ata sya via IDP kasi student visa. Di ko na maalala, pero alam ko hindi ako nakapasok sa IMMI account ko until i paid my visa fees which is tantamount to lodging of visa na.

Parehas sya doon sa mismong link kapag nagbayad na ng visa, may lalabas din na Health Declarations saka yung eMedical referral, tapos lilitaw yun sa list of "Applications" mo sa ImmiAccount..

Wndraw ko lang yung application ko na yun kasi nag-decide nlng ako magbayad and derecho visa application na..

Ok. Naalala ko dati, is nalito ako. Nag create din ako pero pero hindi ko makita ung visa 189/190. Un pala is dapat click ko ung link para mag transfer ung details ko from skill select to IMMI account which is visa 189. tagal na din kasi 1 year na. Pero which ever nman mauna ok lang mag lodge or mag medical, kung wala nman problema.

@wizardofOz i already have my hapID, all i need is to make an appointment with the panel physicians. I was just told that I can have my medical 2 weeks before I lodge my visa. That's why I was asking if puede mauna yung medical kasi almost lahat na nakita ko, nauna muna ang pag lodge. Hehe. Na confuse ako.

@misyelpawlin as far as I know, for skilled worker visa, 1 year ang validity ng Medical results... so let's say 6 months ago ka pa nagpa-medical, pwede mo pa rin gamitin yung result na yun for your visa application today.. you just have to specify the HAP ID from that Medical sa application mo.

Confirm mo na lang din sa DIBP website.. I don't know the requirement kapag sa Student Visa

@wizardofOz good day. I have lodged and paid for my 189 visa in immiaccount. However, I can't see where I can get the HAP ID? Do I need to wait for a Case Officer to give me this HAP ID?

@m0t0k0 Hi, In your 'Immi Account' a link that says 'Organise Health...' should show-up, click it and it would it take you to another website to fill-up some questions about your Medical History... Once done, you will then see a link to print your 'Referral Letter', andun sa letter yung HAP ID mo... make sure you save the softcopy of the letter for your record.

Makikita mo rin dun sa letter yung required medical examinations you have to go through

@wizardofOz thanks for the reply, upon reviewing my application, i saw there is a button with text "Get health details". I clicked it and the page refreshed, wherein the button is now replaced with this text:

"Health requirement – examinations required
This person is required to complete health examinations for this visa application. Click on the link below to organise these health examinations.
Organise your health examinations
.
Help on Organise your health examinations
Once this person's health examinations results have been assessed by the department this page will be updated to reflect this.
Note: If this person does not complete the required health examinations the visa application can be refused."

I will go ahead and click the link for "Organise your health examinations", the same way you guys have done it Thanks!
