- bills, letters from the government to show that we've been living together for at least 12 months
- stat dec / affidavit from friends, family
- photos, flight itineraries taken together

-Financial Statements -> bank cert
-Utilities Notice -> bills, not under our names, nakapangalan sa unit owner, so explain nalang na kami nagbabayad for it
-Record of joint friends and social network ->pics with friends and family
-Travel Itinerary - Joint -> travel pics with friends and family
-Travel tickets -> airline tickets of couple with friends and family
-Statutory declaration -> from friends and family
-Joint Mail -> mail addressed to the couple
-Other Mail -> individual bills sent to the same address
-Photograph - Other ->pics of the couple
-Statutory declaration -> of the couple
-Travel Tickets -> of the couple
Hindi pa kami tapos sa application, so I wouldn't say yet na success story, pero upon first contact ng CO, wala siyang hiningi na additional evidence for defacto.

Mag tatanong lang po sana.
I have a de facto partner ( same sex ) and last year na Grant visa nya.
Visa skilled independent ( 189 ).Hindi po ako naisama sa application nya due to some personal reasons. Now, we are planning na susunod ako sa kanya.
Gusto ko po itanong, kung ano type ng visa e apply namin?
If may link po kayo, paki share naman po. Thank you..

A little background lang po to help fill in the details.
I'm on a student visa doing a one year nursing conversion program and if all goes well I'll be finishing uni this December, probably gain my nursing rego by January 2017. My visa is valid until March 2017. When I calculated my migration points I only got 55. (less than 3 years exp; and proficient(?) in English IELTS [L 8.5, W 7, R 8, S 8]). I only have one distant relative (mom's cousin) living in Sydney.
My boyfriend who is currently processing his business visa so he can do his bridging program this September and will likely finish and gain his registration by December 2017 or January 2017. When we calculated his migration points, he got 60. He has tons of relatives who are all AU citizens already living Sydney.
Given our situation, would it possible to apply a visa 189 together, in de facto? para po sana tipid What would be our best evidences or what do we need to prepare? As we have not lived together as this is not common practice naman po sa atin sa Pinas.
Salamat po sa advices! God bless!
