    lets hope and pray na ireview pa nila ung occupation tas later on iopen. mejo nakakagulat kung ano ngyayayri sa SA, could be because sila din nauna mag open. ;-)

    @Xiaomau82 so it means those who were Sponsored already by a state, the decision to be granted visa depends on the hands of Immi now. So any delays in granting visa 190 is solely due to Immi (CO) is currently reviewing the documents submitted by 190 applicants. Correct po?

    Akala ko namalikmata lang ako talaga palang na filled up na Yung list Ng SS SA kaya nun tumingin ako wala doon ICT Support Engr. now open na. Tapos yung Systems Admin. Special Condition Apply na. Ang bilis lang.

    05/17/11 - ACS favorable result released for my husband's skills assessment nominated job-261311 Analyst Programmer.
    12/10/11 - Hubby IELTS first take at BC result L & R-5.5, W & S-6.0 OBS=6.0 retake!!!
    12/30/11- Hubby registered at 9.0 Niners.
    03/15/14 - Hubby's comeback at 9.0 Niners preparing for IELTS test. Second attempt for Australian visa.
    05/12/14 - Complete uploading of ACS skills assessment required documents and payment made thru direct deposit.
    05/12/14 - ACS assessment application received.
    07/02/14 - ACS skills assessment result suitable ANZCO code 262113 Systems Administrator as recommended by CO for hubby's job description rather than ANZCO 261311 Analyst Programmer the first ACS ANZCO result suitable released in 2011. I conclude ACS reclassifies ICT Occupations.
    - Work exp. 12yrs. less 6yrs deduction by ACS.
    - Educ. Qualification assessed as AQF Associate Degree major in computing for a 4yr. course BS. Computer Science in a section 2 school.

    Yes tama po. I heard a few na naapproved na. So antay antay na lang lapit na.

    I was thinking that agents took advantage of the state who opened first, kaya regardless kung anong state yun nag mass lodge na sila on the 1st of July pa lang :)

    Yup as long as invited safe na. In not certain how many days u r given to be able to lodge ur visa application if u happen to miss that date then forfeited ung SA sponsorship.

    So better na maglodge application righ away aftr mainvite.

    para na din sa info ng iba dito:

    60 days validity of lodgement within that period need mag lodge ng visa. Pero maganda as early as possible. Kelangan pala meron ng fund kasi sunod noon medicals nman :|

    @BeBBang hi po... 1 yr lng po assessment sakin ng acs pero tinuloy ko apply vic kasi mi nabasa ako 2 yrs assessment sa kanya pero na approve sya sa vic ss.. Ni credit daw yung ibang work experience nya... So you can try naman po if you want baka ma approve.. :)
