Meron ako 2 state nomination applications sa magkabilang state. 2 different EOIs din yun.

1. First state, 190 ni apply ko 489 lang nagrant sa akin. I received visa invite for 489, to lodge until mid Sep.
2. Dahil 190 ang preferred ko, nagapply ako sa isa pang state for 190 pending approval.

So Kung maapprove 190 ko, dun ako maglolodge. Pag hindi, dun ako sa first EOI ko for 489.

Sana naging malinaw na. Medyo complicated lang situation ko kasi nagopen up yung ANSZCO ko just this July 2014.

@rareking not sure about 489 pero sa SA if u apply for state sponsorship dapat siya lang ang aplayan mo di allowed to select other state at the same time with SA you got to check din kung kelangan i give up mo muna yung 489 invite bago ka mag lodge ng SA state sponsorship.

@IslanderndCity salamat sa info. kung sakali, meron naman ako konting bala kasi nung nagSS ako dun sa kabilang state ay di pa available yung ANSZCO ko for SA.. this July lang nagopen up. Anyway, update ko kayo this coming days/weeks sa resulta. Palagay ko naman ay pag maging honest ako, may patutunguhan naman yung case ko. kitakits!

@G_australia i would suggest cash and assets ang 35k. Say 20k assets and 15k cash para di na magtaka ang mag aassess. That is based on what i did.

Ok lang naman siguro ung sa akin nilagay ko nga ata mas malaki ung asset kaysa cash. Basta aabot don sa minimum required nila

G, approved naman yung SS namin. We declared 33k funds all in cash. Walang follow-up questions.

@G_australia Cash lang. Main reasons for rejections are mismatched information between EOI & SS application. Also up to a certain extent pag nareach na yung quota nila for that occupation. But nowadays yata is if you were able to submit, then it means may available quota pa. Unlike before the count is done once application has been approved.

Ano po din ba yung Form 80?Pwede po ba yun e frontload?Sino kelangan mag fill-up nun?

@G_australia Form 80 is character reference po ng applicants and to be filled up by primary and secondary applicants (for my case, me and wife submitted). Yes it can be frontloaded. You can download the file at the immi website. Make sure the form is updated (April 2014 if im not wrong is the latest version)

@G_australia sakin yung ielts na walang below 7, kaya lang negative ako sa skills assessment. Yung wife ko nalang ang nag main applicant, ielts nya yung pinasa namin yung may less than 7 n score. Pwede naman yun kasi 6 ang minimum score na acceptable.

Sa mga naghanda po sa SA sponsorship, naaalala nyo pa po ba gaano sila kadalas mag-update ng SNOL? Baka makapag-EOI po ako after 3-4 months pa dahil nagsisimula pa lang ako magpasa sa VETASSESS. Based on 22 Jul 2014 SNOL, my nominated occupation is "high availability" pero baka biglang mag-close. SA na lang kasi available ang occupation ko so far.

One of SA's general eligibility requirements pala is "one year of skilled work experience in the past three years." Mayroon na po ba ditong nag-change of career, but ang itinuloy na NO is their first job? then this was more than 3 years ago?

@G_australia yes, 8+ yrs ang experience ni misis kaya saktong pasok sa 60 points.

@emily_strange I think yung occupational places yata is based sa time of submission.Nabasa ko sa website na if nung time na nag-submit "available" pa yung occupation mo sa list,pasok ka pa kahit during the process bigla nag special conditions agad.Please correct me if wrong fellow forumers
