    @se29m & @jkk32w salamat...yes derecho na into 189 visa on March 28 thru my agent. If sakali mag respond si NSW, baka we will ignore na lang and GO FOR ANY STATE! 189 for the WIN ALL THE WAY...complete naman documents with FORM 80, HAP ID na lang sa medicals and of course NBI.

    @agrande my migration agent is RESPALL. Their office is located at Makati. If nasa assessing authority stage pa lang sila ng application or nasa IELTS exam preparation, pwede pa sila mag decide mag agent. Otherwise, parang di na practical pang mag agent if tapos na sila sa na mentioned ko na steps. The office I refer could clearly state the payment terms. Ok naman sa case namin kasi hindi biglaan ang bayad at based on the applicant's progress ang movement. Best of luck sa inyo!

    @prcand Super agree ako sayo. Sobrang mahal nila maningil. Nag agent ako nung first stage. Pero ako din lahat gumawa. Akala ko nun pag may agent sila gagawa or at least sana half ng trabaho sa kanila. Kaya lang hindi eh gawa ko review ko pa. Ang worst pa nung ngpa assess ako negative ang result. Kahit na nilatag ko na sa kanila na ganito situation ko at sabi ko baka maging negative ang result sabi nila ok lang yan. Hindi nila naforsee na ganun ang magiging result. So umulit na nman ako ng submit at nag gather na namn ng additional docs. Kung nung sana una pa lang nireview nila ng maayos eh di sana di na tumagal. Minsan di mo na iisipin yung pera eh. Ang nakakahinayang yung panahon at abala. Kala ko kasi complicated case ko hindi namn pala. Inisip ko lang sya na complicated. Kaya nung second stage ako na gumawa. Kung nalaman ko lang itong pinoy au bago ako nagsign up sa knila baka after a year approved na visa ko nakatipid pa ko. Advise ko din sa iba na kung hindi complicated case nyo kayo na ang mag apply. Hindi practical ang kumuha ng agent. Mas mahal pa sya sa visa.

    Napakalaking tulong talaga ang pinoy au. Kung wala ito malamang di na ko makakapunta ng Australia kasi balak ko ng igive up nun. Lahat makukuha mo dito pati emotional and moral support andito lahat kahit hindi mo sila kilala at nakikita mararamdaman mo talaga yung support. Kaya Kudos sa lahat ng masisipag na members dito na sumasagot sa mga tanong na minsan paulit ulit na hehehe

    @jedh_g eh... may chance ba na wag ka mag agent? sobrang taga sila kung maningil. kung tutu-usin, ikaw mismo ung maga-asikaso lahat, at ire-"review" lang nila
