Google mo lang Australian TAFE (vocational courses) or Australian Universities (Bachelor Dgreees). Sa website nila makita mo na mga courses offered, tuition fees, how many semesters, etc. That's how I started searching for my son's Uni. Until now wala pa rin akong napili sa dami mong mapipilian. All of them are good and expensive too.

definitely iba po ang rate ng PR versus international students.. mas mababa ang tuition fee ng PR/Citizens..ang PR considered parang citizens na rin in terms of education..

    QUESTION FOR ALL:

if hindi concern ang pera, mas okay ba na mag aral na sa AU after graduating from HS?
or mag-aral muna sa Pinas ng Bachelors/diploma tapos saka na lang mag-aral ng continuing course/graduate school na lang sa AU?

kahit anung course.. ang main objective is maka hanap ng work sa AU and then PR of course..

@marianjoy123 hi joy u can look for different schools and their courses here. > >> http://cricos.deewr.gov.au/Course/CourseSearch.aspx or www.studyinaustralia.gov.au

As for my nurses friends who are studying in australia they will go for aged care rather than cookery. ^^ stepping stone lng nila to pursue another course pagmay work na sila. ;)

@iheartoz wala clang mid-year intake eh.. may work experience ka ba? kc ung offer samin ng friend ko ng ACU 3 years instead of just 2 years kasi daw we're not practicing nursing since 2009.. We graduated last 2007..

@hani ah ganun ba? pagkakaalam ko meron namang july intake sa ACU. baka naubusan lang ng slots kaya feb na. sabi ng agent ko sa IDP, mabilis daw ma-fill-up ang slots sa ACU kaya maaga akong nag apply. i have to go to ACU kasi yun ang pinakamalapit sa bro ko. i have no experience pero 2011 graduate ako. kaya siguro 2 yrs kasi kakagraduate lang. fresh pa.

@mickozordick I am not very familiar with those vocational courses. If you are a registered nurse with experience here in the Philippines, you can take-up the bridging courses in Australia. But the IELTS score that you need to have would be 7OBS with no less than 7 in other sub tests. But many whom I know went there to study nursing again, entering the graduate entry which is 2 or 3 years. This would be the best option if budget is not concern. Because after your 2 years of studying you can immediately apply for permanent residency with bigger chances in the point system plus if I am not mistaken you'll get registered immediate as a nurse in Australia after your program.
