Incorrect registration form used in AHPRA

Hi,

I have mistakenly used the AGOS 40 form instead of the AGEN 40 form in registering as a nurse in AHPRA. Nakalagay kasi na if you have graduated/trained overseas, you should use the AGOS 40 form kaya akala ko yun dapat ang fill-upan. Kaso I have completed a one-year conversion program for nursing as well kaya dapat AGEN 40 daw ang ginamit. Has anyone been in the same situation before? I have been charged $580 for the assessment already. Baka lang pagbayarin uli ako for another assessment.
