hello po. may question po ako and baka po may makasagot or may nakaexperience. My wife was pregnant when we lodged our application last November 2018 and was due February 2019. When we got the documents na for my newborn (passport and birth cert), i uploaded it na together with the change in circumstance form - date April 11.

Fast forward today, i received an email for the visa grant for me, my wife and panganay. however, yun sa baby ko wala ako natatanggap. Ok lang po ba ito? dapat na po ba ako magworry? not sure but i think they are requiring babies to do medicals as well? pero wala binigay na HAP Id yun CO. I dont have a way to communicate with the CO kasi direct. as much as i want to celebrate na na-grantan na kami, nagwworry ako kasi wala pa yun kay baby. Sana may makatulong po.

    TIA po and God bless

@kaloidq Dapat may visa grant din for baby and nagmedical siya kasabay ng mommy. Ikaw gagawa ng HAP id ni baby the same procedure with what you did to your wife and first born. Dapat may acknowledgement email from your CO regarding change of circumstance

@kaloidq Send a complaint feedback. State the timeline of your application, highlight mo yung nag upload ka ng CC form dated April 2019, sabihin mo bat walang acknowledgement or CO contact. They will prioritize your concern pero be very nice pa rin. We did that and in 2 days we got our visa grant

@zach@052019 also po, dapat ko po ba iexpect yun name ni baby na ma-add dun sa list of applicats? kasi until now, wala po siya.

@kaloidq Oo dapat nasa dependents mo na si baby, to verify everything send a complaint feedback, nasa menu lang sa taas, then sub menu ang feedback option, then ff mo lang ang instructions. State mo ang lahat ng information mo para mas madali sa kanila pull out ang account mo.

About sa visa fees baka nga walang bayad. Si CO lang makakasagot or confirm ng lahat ng to. Akala ko may bayad ang newborn. May passport na rin newborn niyo and birth certificate?

Kasi kahit mga ibang visa holder dito at nanganak dito, inaapplayan ng temporary visa (the same visa ng parents nila) so the same yan para sa newborn. Sana mag reply agad ang CO mo, complaint feedback is the key

    First off, congrats sa grant!

Saan nyo po in-upload yung birth cert and passport ni baby?

Sa case po namin, una kong sinubmit yung Change in Circumstance form kahit wala pang docs si baby (nilagay ko lng dun yung full name & DoB niya). Yung CO nag-email samin requesting for docs and medical ni baby; in-add niya na din sa list of dependant applicants si baby kaya nai-upload namin yung docs niya under his name.

@kaloidq Have you tried complaint feedback? Mabilis response nila. Kaso kung inupload ko lang ang emedical ni misis it will surely be put back on queue.

If I were you, I would call them po para malaman yung mga steps na kelangan gawin.

Hello. Would like to update you guys sa case ko. I was able to find an email address to send my concern to then nagreply sila after a couple of days. Instead, the CO asked for a form 1436. Would like to ask if nirequire din po kayo magsubmit ng ganyan form? Also, i noticed kasi sa form na ito bandang dulo, may payment details. Does it mean my newborn baby may bayad din po? Thought it was free kasi pag newborn.

To follow nalang yung birth cert n passport. Then na CO contact ako, requesting to complete my Medical, kasi pending Xray din ako, and they also requested for baby's birth cert and passport. Nung naipasa ko yun, doon palang nila inadd si baby, together with the HAP ID.

To answer your question, they did not requested for any forms and free din since naglodge kami wala pa si baby. And same with your case, in process pa application nung nanganak ako.

I'm thinking hindi napansin yung Change in circumstances form mo? or nareview na nila yung application mo before pa nila makita yung change in circumstances.

@1618 Hello po. I submitted both yun scanned copy of the form and accomplished yun nasa update details. hindi ko sure if baka dahil sinubmit ko yun form sabay sabay together with the birth cert and passport already (April). baka dapat as early as Feb nagsubmit nako nun change of circumstance. pero regardless, i think dapat magfall pa din siya sa prior to grant ng visa di po ba? i mentioned naman sa email ko with the CO all the details including the dates. sana lang po nagiging thorough lang si CO kaya nagaask sha ng additional form 1436.

@kaloidq I see. Yes. So dapat free talaga si baby. In my case, nagsend agad ako ng change in circumstances kahit wala pa kong birth cert and passport. napansin naman yung pag-add ko ng secondary applicant. Nung na-grant yung Visa namin, yung lumang passport details padin yung nasa grant letter.

Bakit kaya may 1436 pa, eh parang hindi siya applicable sa case mo, kasi newborn yung ina-add mo and born siya after lodgement. Na-try niyo na po ask si CO? Hindi ba sila nagrereply?

I hope maayos na po yan :D

@1618 I already submitted yun 1436 pero without the payment details.

@bubble There are two options, either wait muna lumabas si baby para makapag medical ang mommy or pwede naman magpa medical ang mommy while pregnant. And i did it, may safety cover para sa abdomen naman during xray para hindi maapaektohan si baby. Pero im not saying its the best option. Nasa timeline ng applicants yan and personal decision

@bubble I honestly don't have any idea, kasi dito na ako nanganak (para libre ang hospital bills and prenatal check ups)

Talagang hindi mo madedeclare si (unborn) baby upon lodging of your visa kasi need ng birth certificate.

I think lang ha? Free ang newborn visa. Im not sure

@bubble ,189 po application ni husband... i'm pregnant when we lodged our visa application last Dec2018. Come January, Respall advised us for Medical.. but we waited instead to give birth first. As per Respall, no fee daw si baby kc nalodged na application before sya lumabas. 😊
