What's Lechon sa Pugon?
Its your beloved pork belly marinated in our custom blend of seasonings and spices, slow cooked and smoked in a Pugon (Brick oven) for 12-14hrs. The result is a tender, juicy hunk of meat- like bacon.

We flash freeze the lechon and vacuum pack it and all you need to do to reheat it for your party or Noche Buena is pop it in the oven or turbo broiler for 20-25 minutes to crisp up the skin. Your family does not have an oven? No worries, we can deliver it already crisped up and ready for eating.
