    @macdxb16 hahaha mahirap kasi nasanay ayo ng ilang buwan na daily routine na haha.. wala pa kami haws ngchecheck plng ako ng area na okay dn ang location sa school na icheck namin.. sa realestate.au lng dn ako ngcheck pero tingin tingin plng.. kayo ba? what month balak nyo BM?

    @maiSG03 mga May. Kasi kaka pirma ko lang ng contract for 6 mos eheheh. Iniisip ko kasi if sa realestate.com.au, dba madalas hanap nila may work na? Yun nga ang constraint kais maski may pambayad ka, parang hindi nila entertain pag wala pang work... (i am nog sure kung ganon ba talaga) kaya ang hirap hanap :(

    @macdxb16 halos same pla tayo ng date.. un nga dn inisip namin pero baka naman pwede kausapin hehe.. mgbayad in advance for say 2 months or hanap ng agent cguro hehe.. main tenant kami dito sa Sg so ipresent dn namin sya baka sakaling makatulong.. balitaan mo ko pag may nsagap ka hehe

    @macdxb16 Kadalasan dito bro hahanapan ka ng mga references. Lalo na sa bahay. So kung nag rerent kayo somewhere ngayon, better kuha nalang kayo from someone ng reference letter saying na you were a good tenant. Parang ganon. Minsan kailangan makiusap kasi nga since bago sa AU, wala ka naman talagang experience before. Parang expression of interest din kasi mga rents, lalo na kung marami may gusto sa place. tapos pipili lang yung owner.

    @macdxb16 uu e. Naninigurado din sila kung maayos kayong tenant. Madali kung pinoy may-ari, pwede pakiusapan. hehe Although madali lang naman din sila kausapen for a favor. :) Kung may kakilala kayo na andito, pwede nyo sila ilagay kasi sigurado cocontact nila yun. hehe Ganyan din sa paghahanap ng work. They'll really get in touch with your references. Not about your work ethic solely, pero about your character din.

    @sherwinm nadelay kasi may TB investigation pa yung daughter ko, that took more than 3 months to complete.
    Meron na din from other months/ batch. We need to ba patient and pray harder. ;)

    Worry ko baka hingian pa din ang daughter ko ng Health Undertaking form 815. Kasi nag-undergo sya ng further tests for TB.
    Madami na din ako nabasa dito na eventough negative ang additional tests, hiningian pa din sila.
    Okay lang kaya iupload ko na yun without waiting for CO contact?
