Ako po si May, looking for clean and tidy person who wants to rent our spare room po, We have a 4 bedrooms 2 bathroom and 2 toilets fully furnished na po yung room with bunk bed (double bed sa bottom and single bed on top), may sarili din syang fridge, cabinet, so all you need to bring is your important personal stuff lang po. For enqueries paki email nyo nalang po ako sa [email protected], available na yung room anytime. Strictly NO SMOKING po sa house. 3 weeks advance and 1 week deposit po. Yung house po namin is 7 minutes near sa airport, 5 minutes near to all shops in Morley city, 10 to 15 minutes near to Perth City, and 1 minute walk lang po going to bus stop. $150 per week with internet bill included, yung gas bill po magbibigay po kayo ng share every 3 months, and yung electric and water bill naman po is every 2 months.
