To the experienced ones, what did you enter in your lodgement in the field for the LATEST work experience you have?

a. Is it the current date of when you submitted the lodgement date?

b. The value you entered in the EOI?

c. The date you entered during your assesment?

Use the current date if you are still employed in the same company, with the same job..

Once invited to apply for visa, attach a current coe..

Hello @franz15 thank you soooo much for taking time to answer kahit mahaba yung post ko. medyo naliwanagan na din ako. one more question po sana. if I will be the primary applicant, kunwari approved na kami as family status, kailangan po ba ako ang mauna umalis. or ok lang na sya ang mauna. susunod lang ako after 1 yr? thank you po ulit. ^🙂^

Hello @smile22, sadyang di ko po talaga sinagot ang question na yan since nasa lodgement phase pa lang ako hehe. But from what I read here, there is an initial entry date na ise-set ang CO sa visa grant notification letter. All individuals included in the application should enter Australia before that date. It will depend if my conditions ung visa na dapat mauna ung primary applicant or pdeng sabay sabay na or kahit sinong mauna. After the initial entry, you can still go in and out of Australia if you are not yet ready to settle there hanggang di pa nageexpire ang visa which is valid for 5 years. Once the visa expires, you cannot return to Oz once you leave unless you apply for a resident return visa. Anyway, lets also wait for others here na mas masasagot po ung question mo. 🙂

For me ok lang yan. Inconsistent din nman ung date ng current work experience ko kasi lumalakad ung araw and may limitations ata ung date sa EOI/Immi acct di ko na maalala basta alam ko magkaiba pero i dont care kasi lagpas 8 yrs naman lahat ng exp ko. Don't worry wala naman effect yan. Ang crucial jan is kapag nasa bingit ka ng 60 pts and may effect talaga ung months/ days na difference sa total experience mo. Pero kung pasok ka naman talaga sa required points wala naman effect yan, marunong naman magisip at mag decide si CO.

Hi! I have a question, I am in the process of filling up the visa application but I noticed that in my work experience I added it based on my employer's name, not the positions I held (e.g. Legal Officer I/Legal Legal Officer II from April 2005 to February 2015 - but I do basically the same work)...would it be okay to edit it? or just let it remain that way since I will be uploading my docs...thanks

@sonsi_03 oo nga bilis ng panahon....5 months din pla ung hinintay mo prior visa grant. Hopefully mas mabilis ang proceso this time.

@uychocdem, kung hindi ka mag claim ng partner points, kailangan ng wife mo ng IELTS 4.5 lang naman o kaya certificate na medium of instruction nung college eh english. Plus syempre, passport, birth cert nya, NBI clearance, medical clearance.

Pag magclaim ka naman ng partner points, kailangan din ni misis mo magpa skills assessment sa assessing authority nya.
